They stopped the buy-back scheme, they lost their major shareholders and with oil so low, Iran, Greece and you name it, I think that the market does not care in the least what the Directors think or say. As for the oil demand heading towards record, production and storage has already hit an all-time record, so nothing is going to change. the speculators know when they want oil and SP to go up again, so they make a mountain of gains and profits to our expense
