A good summary and correct in pointing out this is a necessay statement that is vanilla.
Anyone invested with some reading can see that the acquisition will be cash generative so the next update (or one after) should show that there is hgher revenue.
What I though was most interesting is the clear statement that the company is funded and no need for placing required - bar certain circumstances - and that is totally understandable.
I'm taking this invere market reaction as an opportunity to increase holdings. I'm happy ot store away as there may be fluctuations in the short term, but from what I have read it would appear that hte longer term outlook is in a good place, one that I want to be part of.
Glad to see that the AGM has assured investors that there is a solid business here.
Having the top man there to answer questions and not hide behind a PR wall is a good sign.
I'm a long term holder, and at teh current price still under, but took the opportunity to top up as I think the market has pushed this down too much.
Exposed? Perhaps.
Confident? Definitely.
Looking forward to the next publication and the increase in AUM.....

Interesting that he is posting about this ...... worth a look
managed to sell at 17.01 yesterday and then towards the close had an alert at 17.08
May have missed out on a few a points but happy with that.
They do have a tendency to move about some ....
I don't understand how a 100% increase in AUM and news of a positive outlook has knocked the SP.
I'm already committed and have a large holding (in my portfolio) here.
It seems that the correct call is to accumulate at these levels - hopefully with more news coming out (GS talks of strategic advances) there will be the increase in SP as you would expect.
In for the long haul and seeing these dips is an opportunity.
He’s also a large holder of ALGW.
Hope he has been spending time with the team there and can spin some magic.
Also noted on LinkedIn that CloudCoco is another that he’s involved in.
Perhaps one to keep an eye on as it is a IT service company which seems to be his area ….
The 08.55 trade at 3.2744 was a buy - but marked as a sell
Further more . 3 purchases on Friday - 2 were markes as a sell, and one not reported ....
I have lost total faith in the trade reports shown.
Sticking to the core products and leaving another (invested) person to grow Prolong.
Seems to have had a positive impact on the SP.
I wish Mark Ward all the best in his plans for Prolong, especially as IDP retain 45% of it.
madness.
just took this as an opportunity to add more.
Happy to wait till > Xmas and see the even better data come out .
when you say BLOCK BUYERS, what do you mean?
Genuinely interested as I am not sure what it is.
Is it someone that buys 500k of shares? and then buys another bunch at the same price?
I wanted to buy a chunk (in my small world), and put in the sum and was quoted a price.
I halved that sum and was quoted a lower price. So I did 2x transactions and paid the additional brokerage fee of £3.95 which was a larger saving than paying the higher inital quote. Is that block buying?
Seems that progress is being made if I understand today's RNS.
And getting Neon on board should see more influencer types assisting.
Things are looking better....
glad to see it pop over the 100p mark, hopefully further consolidation from here.
