RE: Solgold - optimal next moves?14 Dec 2025 18:53
Rodney, it us clear that value is way above 28p. Not saying they shouldn't (in fact they don't have alternative but to fire what they have), but what the additional benefits of more confirmation of what is already confirmed; solgd is so undervalued at 28p?
DV is happy liking and commenting on his linkedin. One would think the guy is on a strategy marathon to fix this unfixable mess. Tells you all what you need to know.
The guys wouldn't have sent the "acceptance" letters if no other compensations/arrangements have not been discussed. As such, It is difficult they change their minds. Plus, they should be aware of any potential news Solg could share. Sad outcome here.

What does it mean mean he regrets what happened? He accepted (yes may be non binding) the deal a couple of days after an almost similar one was rejected.
It seems it is a governmental decision, for a reason or another. The outcome is the same; PIs can't fight the government. The final split of the resources among the "actors" is an irrelevant question. Sad.
There is a good chance they were ordered to accept. Only the government can do that. But that's against Ecuador mining and geopolitical/USA interests. So it is strange.
The other scenario is that parallel deals. But would Ecuador allows it especially that it is against their geopolitical interests?
