A frustrating share price gives you chance to add more when you can yes these shares for are a steal ?well I think so very overweight here.AES division is the backbone of this company backed up with long term growth for the products. Medical and Industrial Imaging division at the minute is soaking up profits as they ramp up any positive news on this front will seriously turn the share price around sit back relax added if you can good luck all.

Norges bank currently already own just over 25% and now effectively increased ownership with there Covent Garden stake.Dont see them wanting to make bid anytime but they have been willing buyers on London property investment elsewhere so there basically betting on good long term returns .

Norges bank very happy to buy in at net asset value but Mr market thinks we should be at a huge discount.Just goes to show willing buyers for quality asset

Think they bought a decent amount of some willing institutional sellers hence why share price was going down while building stake before moving up.They keep stating there average is £2.31 sort of saying they don’t want to buy anymore above this price so I think they will wait till share price drops before buying more so I sold out today as I bought average £2.25.Good luck

Added these and PSN late yesterday looks like we might be finally be seeing a bottom in earnings and if we get any meaningful recovery down the line should be well rewarded good luck.

Looks like they bought there last increase from Briarwood Chase Management LLC price paid not sure.

No announcement after market or this morning suspect more happening and yes any I would think will bring out another buyer bought in could be well rewarded and little down side good luck guys

Have been keeping watch on retailers with shares continuing to slide especially this end of the spectrum where it’s clear to see there customers spare income is seriously under pressure and the retailer also with the continued increase of minimum wages though I expect National Insurance increase will rise no further.It looks cheap at this price but I can see it dropping further I’ll keep my powder dry for now.

I use iWeb can buy these and trig no problem never had problem with platform and when had to phone up they have always answered straight away .

Happy to sell out this morning also too PHP with nice bump up.Didnot expect to hit mid 40s all year so nice out come and not expecting any bid to materialise so will have opportunity to buy in again if it works out.Good luck all

I’ve sold out off these and trig for me I’m seeing lower earnings poor dividend cover don’t care about asset values that’s why discount getting ever larger.And now there talking about wanting to bring it regional prices not sure how that will pan out.

At this level just hold for income well covered slow rise in dividends don’t ever see it trading again at a premium to asset but expect it to trade back in the £1.30 to £1.40 again some time this year.So holding for now

Your right about equity raise only 2 months ago £4.22 discount from £4.37 been others also Utg Segro all lower doubled up today bought £3.80 with div and today £3.69 having lucky enough sold higher up.Looking to add to the others on any more weakness feel rates quite a bit lower next year even if inflation hovering over 2 % target.
