They are quick to give quotes to sell when they lower the price ,but will not d so on the slightest upward movement. They want share at discount as they know handsome profits awaits .

are slow burners. They are high risk ,and even higher reward companies when they come good.I believe that VAL is on the verge of transformational development ,and investors should see happy times within three months. I will be averaging down as much as I can .
