Great article and an insight as to the direction media advertising spend is going. Podcasting offers a platform for all who want it and opens up the information and news forums to offer an alternative to the mainstream news channels.

If the last few years has shown us anything it’s the fact that mainstream media is becoming less trusted and people are seeking their news and current affairs elsewhere

Podcasting will only get bigger and commercial advertising spend will become embedded within. I am looking forward to the next few years and the growth of audiobooms ‘net profit’

The multiples will certainly be rising and hopefully they continue to consolidate their position through corporate activities in the years ahead to stave off predators.

You may be a bit mixed up re takeover multiples and how they are achieved.

The rules require that the price offered to the shareholders of the target company is at least as high as: The highest price paid by the bidder in the 12-month period prior to the launch of the bid.

In avacta case this won’t be a concern as the multiple based on the science will leave us multiples above the year high
