LVCG is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Parallel Live Group Limited ("PL") has signed a joint venture with US-based company Three Six Zero, forming the new company Parallel Three Six Zero Inc. ("PTSZ"). PTSZ has been granted exclusive rights by PL to promote BRICKLIVE events in North America and Canada with Brick Live International Limited as its content provider.

Leke VR has agreed to make the VR experiences produced by Immotion Group available across its entire base of installed VR platforms in 30 countries. The Group will monetise its content on a "per play" basis. The current usage on the Leke VR installed base is approximately 1 million "plays" per month and the Directors expect this to grow strongly. The parties will now begin a full assessment of the relevant operational matters, with a view to such distribution beginning towards the end of 2018.

Touchstone believes these changes will have no impact on its current and future operations, as the Company currently sells produced crude oil volumes to Petrotrin under various marketing contracts and does not interact directly with the refinery. The Company expects that it will continue to sell crude oil production to Petrotrin under our existing contracts; however, rather than selling to the Pointe-a-Pierre refinery, it is presumed that Petrotrin will export the product at world pricing. It is the Company's view that the restructuring will benefit the country in the long-term, as sustainable profitability of the state-owned company will enhance the standard of living in Trinidad and ensure the continued viability of the oil and gas-based economy on the island. Touchstone also recognizes that the announced retrenchment directly impacts a high number of skilled workers in Petrotrin's organization. We are hopeful that as we accelerate our development activities in Trinidad, some of the qualified personnel may find opportunities in our organization.

Keras announces a number of appointments to advance the 10,000 tonne bulk sampling metallurgical testwork programme ('Programme') at the Nayega Manganese Project in northern Togo ('Nayega'), which hosts a current JORC Code Mineral Resource of 13.97Mt @ 12.4% manganese. Keras has appointed Graham Stacey as Project Manager, Carriere Mines Travaux Public ('CMTP') as the turn-key mining and logistics contractor and has awarded the bulk sampling plant contract to Appropriate Process Technologies Pty Ltd ('APT'). Furthermore, equipment has been mobilised to commence the bulk sampling on 27 August 2018.

The Board has been encouraged that orders received for the period exceeded forecasts at €7.7M and this, together with the strong pipeline for the second half, puts the Company in a strong position to reach the breakeven target for the year. Only €1.2M of the €7.7M in new orders has been recognised as revenue in 1H18, with the remaining €6.5M to be recognised in subsequent periods. Recognisable revenue in 1H18 is expected to be in the region of €3.6M. Operating costs are around €2.2M below the comparable six-month period in 2017. The Company's results for 1H18 will be released by the end of August, after equity accounting for eServGlobal's share of the HomeSend operating result for the same six-month period.

Russell Lamming, Chief Executive Officer of Keras, commented, "Over the past several months we have been engaged in constructive discussions with the Ministry of Mines and other regulatory bodies in Togo on how to progress the Nayega project into a profitable mine. The approval for a large-scale bulk sample is a significant step forward in those discussions. In parallel with the in-country discussions, we have secured a funding agreement with a third-party end-user that potentially may share significant synergies with a West African manganese producer. We believe this is a huge endorsement for both the Project and our team's ability to identify quality assets and we look forward to working closely with the end-user through the metallurgical testwork process. We have completed the tender process with local mining contractors and logistics companies who have capacity to commence the operation immediately and will be awarding the contracts in late July.
