When things are 'Known' you will have to pay a lot more for your shares. You do not get rich by purchasing known quantities. You have to do some research, way up the risks and make a decision.

Those with a clear head and an ability to evaluate take calculated risks with money they can afford to lose.

The Competent Persons Report will be seen as sufficient, few would need or want to fund a second one as the report is completed by an independent expert, the clue is in the name.

I doubt it is on the cards atm, too many unknowns still. It might start being a reality post ML signing and CPR detail being released. I would want a significant % over NAV at that point however to vote for it.

Exactly, there are competitors in the same area and a lot of the FS will be commercially sensitive, notwithstanding the detail of arrangements that the TZ MoM will want to keep private in order to allow for suture negotiations with other companies. You will not want all of your cards on the table in business or govenrment.

Morning Pete, I do not think we will ever see the FS, hence the push to get the CPR out. Agreed we will get more detail generally after ML signing ceremony.

I would expect that once the document is formally signed information can be released that was previously covered by the CA.

in the meantime, CPR due which the market will react to explosively I hope. The TZ MoM have not taken 17% of a small amount. As we already know from many independent sources Rukwa is the biggest Helium find in the world.
