Does anyone else have LSE level 2 access on here?
I've just signed up for it for a month as want to do a few top ups in ggp , but am very disappointed... Why does it only show 7 deep orders? ad why are they only in bundles of 100k rather than the actual order numbers? I also put in a limit order for 250k shares on HL but they aren't showing up on the feed....??
Is it just a crap version of L2 or is there somewhere to adjust the settings?
Thanks in advance. Apologies its not strictly about ggp (but kinda is, as it's the only share i hold)
'it's a shame that the feasibility study won't be out by the time this is determined'
only a couoka months to wait for the 5% max, very exciting next 6 months for GGP. Buzzer
Exciting times
Cayman- 3 posts- lol. On your bike. ‘ here to save people from investing in things that go south’ what a legend.
I see it as a good thing you and others like you are here trying to spook people out of investing. Proves that someone wants the price low.
You’ve said it yourself- you’ve made very little on stocks. Maybe spend time doing some research instead of posting on boards you’re not invested in and give yourself a chance of making some money
what 5 grands worth of shares? LOL
Yeah I’d have thought Shaun in particular will want to secure those 12 million performance shares before any kind of takeover bid would be entertained. I know I would in his position.
Aquakidd- lots of nonsense SPECULATION about the 5% being worth 10p, base in nothing but guesswork and then announcing that you have substantial funds to take advantage of a drop to 10p…,
One could be forgiven for thinking you have an alterior motive for talking the price down
If I were Shaun, I’d be waiting for them performance shares before I entertained any t/o bid

This sort is ties into your question Jiffy.. but also something that I’ve been wondering-
From March 21 RNS :
“Under the JVA, if the option exercise price cannot be agreed, each party is thereafter required to notify the other of its assessment of fair market value. If both parties' assessments are within 10% of each other, the option exercise price will be the average of those assessments. If both parties' assessments are not within 10% of each other, the parties will proceed to independent expert valuer determination, with the expert being required to determine which of the fair market values nominated by the parties is to be the option exercise price.“
So am I correct to think that, the independent value just chooses which of the asks by either company will be the price?? I.e if newcrest want it for say 100 million and we want 200 million… even if the independent values it at 500 million, it would still get excised at 200 million as our ask was closest???
All figures strictly used for example of course
Wow CJ - you ok hun? Bizarre thought pattern.
I’ve been in since 2017 and hold a million shares
My view remains that it is better to consider the 5% as the last instalment of the farm-in rather than as an advance on the final 25%
Amen to this. There's no way the value attributed to the 5% can be used as a projection for what the remaining 25% is / will be worth.
However, I'd be surprised if the 5% reflects less than where the share price was for the raise : 14.5p = MCap ~ £592m
= approx £100m for the 5%.
Be silly of him to do the raise and get a load of II's onboard and then undercut them straight off the bat, surely?
I found this paragraph interesting from the RNS, it's different from what my understanding of the process was:
"If both parties' assessments are not within 10% of each other, the parties will proceed to independent expert valuer determination, with the expert being required to determine which of the fair market values nominated by the parties is to be the option exercise price."
Using a a completely high- pathetical example, does that mean that for example if:
-GGP ask for 250m usd
-NCM offer 150m usd
-The independent valuation values it at 300m USD
Therefore, the option price would be 250m USD as that is the closest value nominated by the parties to the independent valuation??
Thats sort of how it reads to me......??
25p by close or it proves the world is flat
that was a terrible post tymers, can't figure out if its a joke / dig at hydro or if you're being serious- in which case I'm not sure what the purpose of the claims out of thin air are..... either way, fairly sad work. you should probably go to bed.
I'm actually completely with Bamps on this one. I'll go off the facts and what we've been told over the mad conspiracy theories about the relationship between sandeep and Shaun, and any other daft conclusion that anyone thinks up on a daily basis jus because we don't have all of the answers quite yet
And completely agree on the thinking long term: Is anyone thinking of selling at this stage? When we're this close to production. You'd be silly to in my view. And if the answer is no, then just chill and enjoy the ride to production. We know what we've got, Shaun knows what he's doing. Just let him get on with it
What will happen between now and FS? Another 40000m growth drilling ( NE pod and E breccia we’re looking laaavly when I last checked) sale of the 5%, sustainability report, WE GET CLOSER to the orebody. - it’s nearly April already, it isn’t a long time to FS.
.....surely its just to do with money flowing away from the sector in late 2020. The GDXJ lost 40% between then and the beginning of this year. It isn't just us.
Couple that with us still having a few risk reducing boxes to tick fr the big boys to dive in: sustainability report, FS, Financing, formal decision to mine etc, and having 18 months to go until production - I think it's easy to see why we might have lagged over the last 12 months (or so). I don't believe a measly 6 million quid is the answer, no.
But look at all those things we have to look forward to now in the relatively short run up to first ore.... very exciting times ahead. 'It only gets better from here'
Tiggerman - ' unpublished results in the 10-20 M oz range' - you really hoping for that from MRE2? I'm sure Shaun said n the sunday roat that to prove up 20 Moz would take another 3-5 years of drilling. I was thinking more like 6-8 Moz in MRE2??
