Hi maidit I agree re your post this is definitely one to hold and wait for news which could be closer than we think....the uav sector is rapidly expanding and despite competition SA is well placed to target the market to continue growth while keeping costs under control. SP is madness at the moment and whoever bought over 4% recently while price was between 0.0035 and 0.0065 picked up a bargain. No idea on SP by xmas but can certainly see it being much further north than the current level. Great buying opportunity :)

Callit you are indeed correct good thing about this is how this could expand like you say with little expense from the company. Who knows when and what news will trickle through between now and the end of the year but somebody obviously see's value here when you look at the recent holdings RNS.

I did have a look at the university website but couldn't see any indication of course prices I know that it's a 2 week course which started end of sept initially but will be fully available to their students by feb so not sure of prices yet. Limkokwing will be the master franchisee for the programme and sounds like it will not only be extended into the southeast Asia region but also to Africa so it should be a good earner for the company.

Also not a good sign to keep wasting money on 2 lots of building's and extra staff when they only need 1....saved money from streamlining can then go back into the business which they mentioned in detail on 12th Sept RNS or did you not read it?

RNS - only change of address but further cost savings none the less.......... "In October 2017 we will cease to locate our HQ at Gatwick Airport and relocate all Corporate HQ functions to our new offices shared with Geocurve in Kelvedon, Essex. This will represent further savings both in terms of staff and facilities overheads." Looking forwards from here we should expect further positive news in due course......... "We expect to seek to strengthen our balance sheet in coming months to ensure that the business is adequately funded through to break even and the directors will consider a range of options including debt and equity."

Callit thanks for the links quite a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes...hopefully the next update from the company will show a picture of continuing improvement...signs of further buying today in the trades.

no idea if there is any news in the pipeline but it would have been risky for the bod to release positive news in the hope it sent the SP to 0.1p or above so imo for the mean time they have done the sensible thing here....as the RNS stated it would aid financing flexibility. It's inevitable some further equity raise will happen but when and how much is another matter this SP has taken such a hammering that any positive news is likely to send this soaring but to what level who knows....I don't think shareholders will object to further dilution as long as the bod can show that it will help to increase revenue further and turn things round to actually making a profit.

I know what your saying nothing stopping them doing it that way however I've seen that done several times before take Rose petroleum....think they did 100/1 consolidation SP was something like 0.6p went to 6p then within weeks was down to 3.5p.

My take on this is that they have just reduced the par value of the share from 0.1p to 0.01p as per their intentions in the 20th Sept which by law will allow them to issue further shares in the future should they wish - nothing else has changed as far as I can see but with the current SP being below the 0.1p mark they wouldn't have been able to raise any further equity until this was changed. Again I notice because of the spread some trades showing up as sells over last couple of days when they are buys....

Still 2 hours left a lot can change like yesterday so sorry for your failure to get in below 1p ;)
