Camkite I agree - the petition by HMRC to wind up 7 digital's subsidiary plus ongoing talks about the future of the Juke music service clearly rattled investor's at a time when the SP was already at rock bottom to an all time low.
With the tax bill sorted and petition withdrawn I do believe that 2019 will be transformational for 7DIG in terms of progress with new contracts, increased revenue and profitability. The 4th Jan RNS hinted at several contract wins in last quarter of 2018 which were subject to client confidentiality especially in light of the CES event. They must be very close to being in a position to announce them. Having made restructuring savings of £6.2M over and above their projected £5M it is fair to say they should be generating profit now.
The fact that no further update on the future of the Juke music service has been announced yet means that it's still all to play for in terms of the service continuing. Even if they decided to terminate this though the company would receive a decent termination payment at the same time as revenues continue to increase elsewhere with new contracts.

Nice to see this on it's way back up the campaign yesterday by certain posters elsewhere to try and drive this down failed miserably I hoped they closed their shorts in time LOL

Ticking up on very small buys - always a good sign

Yes we have been here before Spud, totally pee'd off that yet again certain people were in the know and yet again us lth's are the one's who suffer. A year ago we were talking about equity funding and now it seems it could be March till we find out the exact terms of any deal. The thing that concerns me now is that the % of equity stakeholders were after here could be far higher than we think and this has been done to try and bargain with a higher equity retention. The last 24hrs has been disappointing imo and I share Setanta's view.

Well well well so BMD was right this time about another placing! The fact it is happening and the reasons for it I can accept but what takes the piss is people knowing about it before it's been released into the public domain and then being brazen as to tweet about it and write on the bb's beforehand. We all know the FCA should look into it but in reality nothing comes of it - disappointed is an understatement plus now we know we are weeks away from an equity deal

The point is no one knows exactly when and what news will land but I certainly take the recent director appointment as a big positive and imo the chances of a new nomad coming aboard now have increased. Just over a week since Mr Lampshire came aboard Dr Zoorob has stood down which I also take as a big positive. Clearly the business is to be taken in a different direction but right now at the minute the only thing that is important is confirmation of a new nomad. Anything else on top of this would be a huge bonus and lead to a huge re-rate from current levels.

So let me get this right - a certain BrokerManDan decides to tweet of a placing and on the back of that some jumped ship? The last time I took any notice of his input was....well NEVER!! The man has called placings before and been proved wrong the man's a total muppet. I would like to use more colourful language about him here but fear my post would get removed lol. With warrants in play and so close to equity funding news there shouldn't be any need for a further placing at this critical juncture. Your a naughty man BMD! We shall soon see who was right hey!

Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon may dominate many of the discussions about music-streaming, but there is more to the global streaming market than the biggest players.

A strand at Music Ally and Music Biz’s NY:LON Connect conference in London today explored life beyond the big beasts, although it started with Nielsen Music’s VP global Helena Kosinski providing a global overview of streaming.

The IFPI, she said, is claiming that “music is a growth industry once more”, seeing 41% YOY growth. “It is actual money,” she argued, “and not just streams.”

Obviously Western markets are growing sharply and India and South America were hailed as boom areas, but she termed the Middle East and Africa as “very exciting areas”, with a lot of services (international and local) investing there. “There is a bunch of early-stage interest,” she said.

Getting rid of the dead wood to hopefully move this forward is the way I see it here. Tweeted last week by someone re new director appointment - Martin Lampshire Was a Director For companies that already have high quality products, a successful retail physical and/or online experience through points of sale and a brand showing a proven potential both in France and abroad For companies with 3-20 million euros in sales.

Seems a complete waste of time for this guy to climb aboard if there really is no hope for PSL....appointment of a new nomad therefore seems likely to me from this point on
