It's not just Clon that would suffer, but Bolivia in general if political priorities were shifted now, as they know this is their last chance to truly capitalise on the opportunity before other countries do. Which is why they will remain fully committed to keeping progress on track imo

I have reduced my position here last couple of days. Still holding a fair chunk for the bottom drawer but I'm not at all impressed with how the mill plant is progressing towards production.

They should have been producing over 6 months ago and that's bearing in mind all the delays up to that point.

The while thing seems quite amateurish imo and because of all this, we had to have a raise in Nov which they are probably nearly gone through, and with no production as yet, the risk of a further raise is quite likely imo.

This could have all been avoided if the plant was up and running. And how the hell are they going to fund an exploration programme for 2025?

Unless a decent partner comes aboard very soon for the copper then I can see the potential downside continuing. Holding the rest in bottom drawer for copper and nothing else now

Talking of govt backing and UKEF govt funding - just look at what happened with Infrastrata which became Harland and Wolff and now in administration.

They were a gas storage project very similar in nature and geology, stringing investor's along for years with the hope of govt funding for over 12yrs which never came. Then came the activists and the countless judicial reviews, then a change in direction to shipbuilding and gas storage and now in administration owing over 160M.

That project will never happen and nor will this imo

RCMP - I'd agree there and being a 1% shareholder in this company I had hoped that Great Western were at least able to reach this milestone after the latest discounted raise diluting us even further.

What makes it more frustrating is that gold is at an all time high of around $2,770 and we still are not able to benefit from this, given that gold was only around $1,700 when the plant was in the initial design phase going back over 2yrs ago!

The only positive is that when they do finally start, the material we have ready to process is worth far more now and will still be a game-changer for this tiny explorer.
