LongTrek - you do realise that NTOG had their senior lending facility extended by 3 yrs earlier this year, from a stable lender with low interest rate, such is the confidence that the bank has in it's assets and production?

They have a $10M lending facility which they are servicing with absolutely no problems whatsoever as they have increased production by nearly 250% since the point when they had debt of $4M. Most oilers have some kind of debt, however not all of them are profitable like NTOG.

What would you rather have? $4M of debt with 150 bopd or $10M of debt with 1,000 bopd?

Debt is not a bad thing as long as they service it, pay it down and generate profit.

Plus by the end of this month we know according to RNS that they are going to have a debt re-determination completed to reflect increased production, along with the Fouke 3 well to be drilled potentially unlocking 300,000 barrels of oil with 124 bopd from just that well.

Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company PLC (AIM:NTOG, OTC:NTOGF) shares are tipped for more than 300% upside as it continues to deliver in its self-funded growth strategy, that’s the view of analysts at SP Angel.

The stockbroker has initiated its coverage of the AIM-quoted junior oil producer with a ‘Buy’ recommendation and a price target of 0.06p (versus today’s market price of 0.013p).

SP Angel analyst David Mirzai, in a note, highlighted the price target is based solely on the core net asset value (NAV) of Nostra Terra’s assets and the planned and upcoming Fouke-3 development well.

Nevertheless, Mirzai further anticipates Nostra Terra’s growth strategy can position the company to “opportunistically expand”.

The stockbroker believes successful delivery of Nostra Terra’s projects will restore perceptions of the firm as a growth company.

“In our view, the current market capitalisation is more than underpinned by the value of the existing production base (proved reserves), while further organic production growth can be supported by investment of the company’s operating cash flow,” the analyst said in a note.

“We expect delivery of production and cash flow growth this year will help to establish a track record for the management team and build credibility with the market, which should result in a re-rating of the share price towards our target price.”

Well the presentation has obviously been well received as the SP here ticked up into close - 0.17 - 0.19 and up 24% (No 2 on AIM risers board)

Very significant positive update today aside from the huge potential copper porphyry and gold prospects, especially given that the US govt recently declared it a critical mineral. In short it is in high demand and in very very short supply in the US......

In a report published early this year by Hallgarten & Company: Tungsten Review: A Matter of Urgency, the authors point out there were few survivors of the tungsten slump that had ravaged the sub sector since the start of last decade.

“Now, Tungsten has ‘turned on a dime’ with its role as the prime military metal prompting a rush to restock supplies and reestablish non-Chinese supply lines in this critical metal for Western defense and industry,”

Agree 100%. See no reason especially with recent acquisition which is generating profit as well as reduction in G&A why this doesn't head back to its initial IPO price of 13.50p for starters.

I would agree there chisler - Dr Lawrence Carter and Gemma Cryan who was head of geology at GREATLAND GOLD are here for good reasons.

Perhaps Gemma sees this as potential for a GGP mark 2 but for the copper side of things instead, such is the potential scale of the prospect, given that it is a copper porphyry which we know are massive.

Anyway against my better judgement I've added another 510k shares here today at 1.03p.....

Stockraiser- I wouldn't rush with this one right now. Personally I think there will be many opportunities to buy in here sub 1p given the 250% dilution to current share count announced today 🤮

Oh my, that's an eye watering amount of dilution in today's placing, explains the recent share price action, what a disappointment this investment has been of late. Obviously when Brian said that the development of the mill would result in no further recourse to shareholders, that still left question marks over how they would fund an exploration programme, and there we have it in this morning's RNS :((

WTI on it's way back toward $65 tonight.

With this, continued increases in production, reduction in operating costs, investor presentation looming, the field debt re-determination due end of this month which should reflect increased production, along with the prospect of Fouke No3 well to be drilled near term, the current Mcap simply does not reflect the value on offer.

Just no more discounted raises please!
