Well at least we know the reason for the drop, mainly due to Prim having sold up, which I imagine will have legal consequences for them. Also they sold out prior to yesterday's announcement of PR1 applying to list shares over in the US, so them selling out now is bad news for them for 2 different reasons, well that's karma for you.....

Great thing here is that as the article suggests, even in an environment of volatile oil prices NTOG is highly profitable thanks to their very appealing economics. They generate robust cash flow at even just $25 oil, a scenario that would see most oilers go bust.

So whether it's $55 oil, $65 like presently or $75, the cash continues to roll in for them as production continues to ramp up....

This is absolutely great news - really significant and can definitely see 10 bag potential now as someone pointed out yesterday.....

I'll admit the previous discounted raises have been a thorn in our side but, with new management and direction in play and with 250% increase in production to show for it, the healthy profit they are now making should mean no more discounted equity raises. Any extra money for further drills will likely be through the senior lending facility, not through dilution.
