Very sad to see what is happening here just at the point that Petroneft as a business was turning a corner.
The whole conflict and sanctions around the world are clearly a threat here to the continuation of trading of it's shares imo simply because of where Petroneft's assets are.
I had held here previously and sold at around 4.5p. The concern is if the invasion by Russia drags on and on and the rest of the world shuns Russia's oil and gas or if sanctions are extended that affect the trading of their oil and gas. Either way it would mean £2+ a litre at the forecourt for us.

Picked up another 165k shares here @ 2.52p. Wow what a bargain never thought I'd get an opportunity to add more down at this level!

Me too very strange especially after recent news. It's not like we can even blame the current ongoing conflict because the sells have been going on for weeks since the news and pretty much since day 1 of relist when the IPO was 11p!

Therein lies the problem in that one paragraph from that report....

Anyone heard anything further about whether or not a JR is still happening? That needs an answer one way or another before people start getting too excited.
The last placing was 22nd Nov and we were told it would be for this -

Now just over 3 months on and nothing yet, perhaps their version of 'near term' is in the next 2 - 5 yrs??

The commercial deal with China is a "full binding agreement" and worth potentially billions to them and hundreds of millions to us. It's too attractive a deal for them to jeopardise regardless of the current conflict and the binding agreement would likely have financial clauses written in anyway.

The seller I was referring to was just below 3% as of last holdings RNS and as we all know no RNS has to be issued once they get to anything below 3%. So you won't get another RNS from them but that doesn't mean they haven't been still selling.

Same here if I see value I will promote it too. Whether the block seller is done or not no one actually knows other than the seller themselves but the argument that they must be done or almost done has some substance because it has been going on for the last month or so. The seller being a seed finance company will be making themselves a decent return even selling at this level but it's no reflection on Cizzle themselves - it's just what they do.
Just imagine what would happen to the SP if they or someone else bought back all the shares they sold, let let's say for arguments sake around 20M shares?
Once the fundamentals of a company improve and like in our case we soon have an actual product to market, distribute and sell you can imagine the sort of large positions that would start to be taken up by big funds.
That's not ramping that's a fact and I will continue to post such facts as I see fit here....

Interesting interview explaining the development and hopefully very soon the manufacture stage of the long awaited CIZ1B biomarker lung cancer blood test.
Of particular note from 2m40s in -
