The value of IR has gone from $5.1 billion to $12.5 billion so our net assests has just had a real boost. I know some would have hoped for a realisation from IR listing but still a good position for Mindflair and SVV.

Although I am in profit here, 125p seems very cheap, 150p seems more reasonable but even then on so many metrics it is still dirt cheap for a quality company like this. Maybe kestrel will join the party and make this a 3 way bidding process then we may get closer to 200p, nice news on a Monday anyway.

This seems like a reasonable compromise, pay some of the loan back and refinance the rest over 2 years. We have avoided massive dilution, we have addressed the concerns about how to repay the loan and most importantly we have bought time to achieve realisations from the SVV fund, infinite reality and getvisibility have a lot of potential and hopefully we they come good for us.

What a joke, why not wait until Amapa has progressed? Why sign up to another money pit investment when they have no cash, the SP is in the ditch, causing more dilution and having to raise at a massive 42% discount! Why not just wait? They talk about the Amapa project de-risking but there is still risk and they then sign up for more risk. Absolute jokers

Yes continued buying by institutions, nice rise today just before results (31st October last year) so hopefully those buying know what they are doing and this is about to take off.

Looks like Newbury street voted in favour of extending the date to which the Infinite Reality transaction can take place to 25th March 2025. So the SVV fund could be due a big windfall when the IR IPO eventually(hopefully) happens. Not sure they would keep extending if IR weren't serious. Will be a game changer for Mindflair...

Looking good here, bounced of the 6p support line from the turn of the year, volume picking up, touted in IC, a very promising outlook with 2 potential IPO's of which guidant could be huge. Very low market cap and hugely undervalued, might meet some resistance at 8.5p but then if it breaks past those moving averages it sails to 12p....hopefully!!

Lucy up 60% premarket at the moment on the target news, let's see it helps the Tek share price.

It feels and the chart looks like the SP is about to spike. The new Uranium project could be very promising and still have a number of other investments that could spark this share price into life. 1911 gold has been a great investment and I still hold a lot of hope for Low6. Just need a spark and some volume and away we go!

Funding sorted to take us into production phase. License seems a formality, tiny market cap, no quote to buy but can sell well above the bid price. Huge volume today, seems like this is going to take off very soon.....

What about when IR IPO's? The sky is the limit! Check out the management team of IR, some big hitters there with great track records. The fact the family investors were happy to pump in $350 million at a big premium shows big faith in what will happen when it IPO's in Q3. With all the other investments mindflair has there is so much potential here. Seems like 3p or 4p will be realised in the next few weeks.

Anyone have any thoughts on the new investment? £200k outlay and £100k per year, if there is anything there then could be a lot of value but it's probably 2 years down the line. They have sold out of Charger when the SP is well done from couple of years ago. Not sure how much of Rincon they have left as their SP been very strong recently. I am holding as there is value here it's just when will it be realised, patience needed.

The current investments were valued at 2.1p per share prior to the news, this makes them worth around 4p per share and their holding in getvisibility is valued at £2.3 million but is in discussions for a sale at a much higher price. The other great thing is the holdings within svv 1 fund, landvault and getvisibility, are governed by SVV already being in the realisation phase, ie they will cash in at the right time. There is almost no downside from here only upside. Sometimes it just takes a bit of patience but this surely will double, treble or more over the next few weeks particularly when IR lists on the nasdaq.
