Can only get a quote for well over the ask for a large buy. Suggests those buys this morning are backed by large buy orders, hopefully we see this tick up nicely today!

Hit major support level, they have cash, NAV over £10m, an exciting portfolio ripe for realisations in a hot sector.

Sometimes it takes a drop like this to bring in buyers and kick start the reversal. Happy to hold and also bought a few more today.

People happy to buy and hold this one clearly as price is going up. Getting quoted 6p to buy 25000 shares at the moment!

Great update, brand performing very well and expanding into supermarkets. They had approaches for Juvela for over £10million before the recent updates. That is 3 times the market cap and the other brands thrown in for free.

Juvela doesn't need any further funding. SP will climb when more become aware of this under the radar wellness firm.

It is a different riverfort that owns mast you are right.

According to the mast website Riverfort own 6.31%, which after today's 20% drop is worth circa £1.2 million! Tooru market cap is about £3 mill. I am really interested to see the results for tooru as I reckon there must be a load of value in this. Also the trading update suggested the businesses are trading well. Hopefully it can gain some traction. Remember the placing price for the new combined business that is tooru was 0.75p, that is 4 times the current mcap.

At this price the mcap is just over £3mill. The board believes the firm is significantly undervalued, that was when the mcap was £10mil. What is it worth £15m £20m, £30m? If they keep performing well this could still get taken out whether it is private or publicly listed. The directors and big holders will surely be mopping up all these shares from PI's at these ridiculously low levels. I understand if someone doesn't want their money tied up they will sell now.

Just an odd situation to have a firm performing really well delisting like this but it seems to be an opportunity for those happy to take the risk.

Such a shame, this seems like a quality company but just isn't getting the traction on AIM.

1911 sp closed at 0.74 canadian dollars last night. Our current holding is valued at around £730,000. Plus the £600k plus worth they sold recently. That is close to £1.4 mil of liquid assests. That means all the other assests and prospects we have are in the mix and valued at a few hundred thousand when anyone of them could be worth many multiples of our entire market cap.

The risk with this share in the past had been the placings, that risk is not there now we have this cash, we only need a couple of good drill results or low6 to ipo and we will have lift off.

When we get an RNS for an off take agreement I think this is when investors/potential investors see this project is going to happen and the re rate seriously gains momentum.

I actually like oakbloke and his write ups but everyone has different styles and if you are only investing when there are proven sales then this rules out companies with future potential. Nearly all tech firms are unprofitable for years until the day they are profitable, by that time you could have missed out on massive share price increases. I personally think selling before Guidant IPO's is the wrong time. But we all have different investing rules/styles/time frames and risk appetites. Oakbloke may be wise to sell but I am not selling at this point. Investors have to make their own call. The massive discount to NAV is a safety net of sorts here but the IPO could be massive for tek and I am happy to risk keeping my shares as the reward could be the share price doubling or more from these levels.

Lots of buys today and SP has not moved, momentum building though and hope to see this tick up again x

Some decent trades already today and can't currently get a quote to buy any shares. Feels like this is going to go boom very soon!

'The business continues to perform in line with expectations, generating net turnover of £7.7m for the 12 month to 31st December 2024 with an EBITDA of £1.9m.'

That sort of growth could mean Juvela on its own is worth a few quid more than the current mcap

These results are for Riverfort, so the ,£4 million odd million in net assets does not include any of the new business. The current mcap is around £4m so you can buy shares and now and basically get all the SVEN businesses for free.

The placing price a few weeks ago was done at 0.75p, the current share price is around 0.25p.

The whole thing yells value. As long as those businesses in the wellness space continue to grow and perform well this could be absolute bargain basement stuff or..... I could be missing something and it is cheap for a reason?

Can't see too much downside, decent portion of shares in sticky hands, this could literally fly if we get a decent trading update or the first set of accounts on the new business structure.
