Great that resolution 6 and 7 withdrawn it took two years for them to realise that issue confetti's were no favour to Val or shareholders, I wished if they wanted to raise funds they could have us shareholders involved when shares were lurking around 22p two years ago...instead of taking Beufarts advice as brokers and taking loan from YA on crazy rates and awarding confetti'sat deeply discounted price.. IMO Our Blood sweat and tears will finally be awarded with sensible move forward with their shareholders onboard. Well done for the LTH and to the shareholders who put pressure to bring this outcome...thanks to God to put some sense to revive VAL.

I hope Val's Bod show some respect to their shareholder, following them for the last 5 years ago after diluting shares they had roughly 3.5 billion shares, then they consolidated the shares 1 share for 125 existing shares, then approx we had brought down to approx 35 million shares, the pi's were burnt with only ashes left as their new holding...post consolidation shares raced from 25p to 65p within 4 weeks, then musical chairs started start of new set of dilution like confetti started again at 22p then so on ..did not have the appetite to hold as it went down to the range of 9p to 12p..and below...welcome ya and beufort who made a packet at the expense of shareholders and again the shareholders were left in ashes when sp reached 1p and below...I think now we have approx 450 million shares....Summary is a story how PI's got grossly shafted....All my figures are approx

Well some were caught suddenly with an unexpected RNS on a Friday 30 minutes before the market was about to close...knee jerked reaction if they had respect for their shareholder none would have sold...imo now I feel we will see the buy back today.

It seems a lot of shares was forward sold last week on wednesday and Thursday to a buyer in the tune of £250,000 plus and had no effect to the sp. The plot thickens I am positive they have the cash and move forward...i am holding until end of the year, expecting a joint venture with regards to 401. I still fail to understand why they have not approached Innovate UK for funds to support R&D

Same here Bwgs, somehow investing to sum of 35k is a lot of dosh a part of saving for retirement, i was lucky yesterday i diverted 5k to nfx...well its the risk we take GLA

Val is British and its R&D is also based at Imperial College and backed by Cancer Research, and you could not get more British than George Morris :-)

If Val seeks help from Innovate UK and they gets funding to promote VAL201 and 401 and they are granted few Million we will all be heading to say our prayers to thank..and the share will rocket to 12p, and we will be all happy, it can happen..all is possible :-) its saturday's positive thinking or can call it wishful thinking...hah! hah!

Please can someone show them the way to Innovate UK who have �70 million in funds to give to the pioneers of the bio industry of UK of which our Government is very eager to help as we need it badly instead private investors getting milked out of their value of their sp.
