Stew looking at the bigger picture without a bid this should be rerated with recent strategic tie up with DIs which market did not account for IMO the is very undervalued. Proactis, the global spend management company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a long-term contract with DIWIDAG Systems International in Germany.

History will repeat itselt similar to july 2017 when Proactis in its growth strategy took over Perfect commerce by raising £70 million at £1.65 pershare which was over subscribed in my oinion its now its on the receiving end with FSP will declare predators card...IMO 1.50 to £2..for successful bid..Lord knows could be much higher... IMO

27th Sep Strategic contract win with DSI was not digested by the market , it develops, manufactures and supplies systems in more than 90 countries and has 28 regional production sites. DSI is owned by the global investment company Triton since 2011.
The company has 1,390 employees and a revenue of €340 Million (2018 , taking the srategic tie up PHD should be over £1 on its own, feel we will get major announcement in front of us IMO.

Oracle and Sap with their ERP systems cost and valution dwarf the cost of Phd system or Coupa's. Payment system is in demand , but Oracle R12 scalability would not be cost effective..imo left this industry a decade ago...hope fsp values us more than £1.50 ...gla

we will receive the top end...if offers are negotiated, feel all the loose ends are being addressed. Coupa software is in direct competition with us, wish we knew who is eyeing us.
