RTO or spin off I think you are underestimating the uranium market.

Zenith should easily be able to keep a majority holding in the spin off, possibly with Italian government backing/funding.

The asset has significant historical development and a lot of money put in to it.

Putting aside being significantly undervalued just on the legal case, is the market missing the uranium RTO angle here?

In situ value of well over $1billion uranium with $100s of millions spent on existing infrastructure. Will the RTO value be multiples of our current market cap? All existing ZEN shareholders will make a tidy sum on a good RTO.
