Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
This share price will move north significantly over the course of the next few months. If anyone bothers to take a historical view of this company you will find firstly, that Dr Trice's assumption that there was sufficient oil in the target area and that fractured basement plays could and would flow has now been proven without doubt. Secondly Richard Bernstien's assumption that CA's investment would yield a significant return over time, why else would the pervious bond holders have gone to such extreme's to try and destabilise /destroy shareholder value for their own ends? When you look closely at the future global energy situation you can draw your own conclusions why this almost became the Great North Sea Robbery of international proportion.
There is no doubt Maris has some serious questions to answer with regard to his past decision making, and I believe in future his actions will be scuritised in a UK Law Court in retrospective action taken by a group of current shareholders. However it is the current /future action of the BOD that will determine their competence to deliver value for all shareholders, but be assured everyone is scrutinising their actions.
Make no mistake, Phil Corbett and his Cabal are in for a shock in the not too distant future. Interesting secret's will start to unfold with regard to the bond holders.
Just watched Andy's presentation? Back of a fag packet stuff no real handle on cost's what a surprise, if the BOD had any real money in this game would things be different? The only sweet spot I can see is how many suckers buy into this pon--scheme and keep the life- style express on the track! Time as they say will tell.
I'm sure the current BOD's would like to thing that, but in reality the remaining 75% of shareholders are now taking a real interest in the mismanagement of this company, with a view to ring fencing the few valuable assets remaining.
Under this current BOD's this company has lost to date around $30m of share holders money, its has 3.5 billion shares currently in Issue and various warrants, it has never in its history recorded a net profit or is likely too, even in the current high oil price environment, meaning that further share holder dilution is highly likely moving forward. Therefore in my opinion current shareholders need to ring fence the only valuable assets the company currently has, namely Amadeus Basin before our current finance source requires security prior to supplying further investment when required.
As Aim is not a UK Regulated market, Aim Admission documents are not preveted by the exchange if however the admission document was also linked to a prospectus it would require to be under the prospectus directive. Time for another look at this current BOD's true motives behind their funding arrangement's
Your spot on, that’s why as soon as the bond holders are paid in full and suitable replacements are ready waiting in the wings, all shareholders must support CA ref seeking a EGM.
Full disclosure of Maris and Chaffe's action's prior to the High Court judgement needs to be investigated ASAP.
I intend to wait for the outcome of the AGM prior to putting forward my suggestion 's I can confirm however that I currently can see no real advantage in trying to manage effectively assets in America by Directors based in Australia where I firmly believe we should be concentrating all our efforts in this regard.
The required Profit and Loss Accounts are for the period July /Dec 2021, end of year account's show up to June 2021,because it doesn't matter how much our production increase's if our cost base isn't controlled our net profit will not show the step change required to fund future project's, that is the Issue here. I'm afraid to date the Directors have being overpaying themselves for abject failure hence the requirement for their replacement ASAP.
Sorry if my observations offend, I did ask for the latest profit and loss accounts for the latest six month period unfortunately still waiting. However I acknowledge that we have taken stakes in various well's but after costs and expenses we have yet to turn a profit! My point being if we cannot show a nett profit on our sales at the current oil price then there is something seriously wrong with our cost base. Hence the requirement of a revised accessment of our current management structure.
