The real question here is are shareholder's going to allow the BOD's to continue to destroy shareholder investment value and looking at past performance can they be trusted to maximise company assets moving forward?

The only way the share price is going to increase is by investors buying the current share issue, because they can see medium term value, so ask yourself.
Are institutional investors going to purchase shares?
Are new individual investors going to purchase shares?
Are current investors going to increase their holding?
I think we all know the answer to the above, the reason being in the main past performance and lack of trust in the BOD's.
If current shareholders want to recover at least some of their invested cash a EGM must be called with a view to removing the current board, at the same time an independent Australian based professional services company would require to be appointed on behalf of current shareholders to monitor the situation. Moving forward what we can't afford to happen is allow current MSMN Australian assets be used to subsidise this lame duck or be setup as a separate company, wiping out current shareholders complely.
