yes,totallyagree.The mms could rise the sp slowly,to show the BH the way and stimulate sp growth.BH will take it on and then re rate it.It seems pretty logical.Everyone should benefit,then....like a win-win situation,exactly...

almost exactly that Clp reached 1.85p.It started mid june and climbed from 0.75p to 1.85p during 2 weeks....looks to me that ,this time it will consolidate above that level ,as all lined up,this time....good times ahead.

If Liquidator has as we now think he has control / ownership of the 10 Villas he could sell them for possibly more than 5 million and as RKB says we get 94% of that (after expenses) about 4,692,500 before expenses so again possibly 4 million plus(very conservative as 1 villa could go for Eu 1 million each,easily and now in high season with big visibility)

first clue of major move will be when next 20% move up will come(i think next week,too)MM`s knows that and will not be difficult for them to change direction..In history,everytime Clp moved more than 20% in one day,it carried on next day....This is really the clue`s month for CLP.

marineville,i rarely filter someone because i don`t mind to hear differents views...but i will filter him,if it goes on on negativity without declaring that is either shorting it or has shares in it....tome the situation will be resolved soon,so i don`t mind waiting for it.

a comprehensive update should be out soon.The BH`s meeting is garanteed to pass so i`m expecting major news after that.Mediapolis court `s case could be coming any moment,as is not under clp`s control.CLP spiked last year end of june,so it could repeat but in a greater scale this month.Looking forward to that update....

good afternoon all.The waterpark is opening tomorrow for a new season.It will make profits as in the last 8 years did.Soon or later this money will go to CLP,is just a matter of time.Considering FG is an excellent negotiator,we should see a development pretty soon,imo.Ondaland is basically not counted in in the sp,at all but,once sorted,it will be trasformational,on is own.

just out:Italy 5 stars and lega have formed The governament of change.This is an hystoric`s day as this is the first time thge anti esthablishment take charge.There will be a radical change in many factors and Italy will be Italian`s first,going to europe and asking to change many rules(as uk should have done) to continue to be in.Luigi Di maio(5 stars) and Matteo Salvini(lega) are both youngs(30 to 45).FIRST TIME EVER some young people are in charge.This will develop Italy,that has a strong working mentality(at contrary that many think)in trasnform the society.Cutting privileges and anti corruption will show a new era.Considering that mediapolis was blocked,totally ,by burocrats in Turin,i expect many projects will be now approved,especially the ones that creates safe jobs.I don`t live in Italy by 33 years and never followed their politics but this time it could be a drastic,beneficial,change,even if will take some time to get results.It may even influence FG ,since is from Veneto`s region,the place where Lega was born.Same mentality:hard working and honests people that support a country`s economy.We will see good things,in the near future for Italy and CLP.

i understand your point but this is what it differs from being short termer or long termer.Why shorting a share that will go up?The freefloat ,when is in a tight hold,works in favour of an INCREASE of the sp.So,knowing who holds firmly might incourage others to hold as well.The main problem here is/was not to hold of gains.At the moment is showing that is holding,even if more gradually.FG is a clever person and is rebuilding the sentiment that market has towards the company connected to the company`s balance sheet(it will show a bigger profit this year).I don`t mind declaring since i`m a long termer and want to see the company deliver at least 70% of the plans.All the best,max

settled the 2 at 10% premium.Should be good for sentiment as both got paid in shares and at a premium....means both they have faith in the plans...
