yes,you are right,bonholders were expecting the sale of the land on 2015 and that would have taken the sp above the 15p....now they are trapped but still have the opp to convert and eventually make a big return,once the whole thing will be finalised.So maybe not 15p but @8 to 10p could happen.I look forward to next few developments.

it shouldn`t take long has no auction will be set up....Once the land is owned then add the licencees and we should have the buyer ready,imo(otherwise why getting the land ?)
