Getting somewhere now ! A lot of that I understood prior. I think what I was getting at is why wouldn’t employees (obviously when out of closed period ) buy at such a cheap price , take a risk , when they have an idea of company progress .

If the company is sold say 4p can they still purchase their shares ?

If employees thought they could get this above .0145 why wouldn’t they buy at .00635

That’s about as basic as my understanding
