The delayed reporting of 196k for 7.70p looks like a buy to me rather than sell.....bods well with further rise.

As a reaserch company they will always need funds.....HOWEVER today data is very positive and will increase the odds of getting some funds from one of the big pharmas,as such further dilution is still a risk,but probabbly from higher SP,with high rewards in the not too far future.....timing is ever the main factor,but you got to be in it to win it,so after today news things can move fairly fast IMHO.......GLA whatever.

Even after today jump VAL Market Capitalisation is still less than half of SAR......YET, they both underperforming....I hold both with hopes at least one of them will come good....eventually.

What a different to yesterday....doom mongers replaced by overly eager punters.....it's never straight forward story so expect sharp moves both ways....BUT, bottom line IMHO is that it was oversold and will setlle higher....GLA.

True.....here come the 250k seller party popper...eventually will run out of shares and then we should see the prpper rise....hopefully not too long,and some further positive news which can come at anytime now will help to see that seller finally out....

Frank Meysman is averaging his holding down....adefinitely good sign,and vote of confidence that the current price is far oversold....we may not recover overnight as the company has to adopt some serious changes,BUT, this is a solid company with plenty os assets which if managed better can recover....IMHO....I am confident with my last few days buy,and will hold to see the storm out....GLA.

Just added few under 20p.....looks vastly oversold, HOWEVER, shorters could bring it even further down,so another opprtunity to get few more even cheaper.....not expecting quick fix here,it will take some time to recover but I strongly believe it will giving a bit time....IMHO.

Pro-rata share price is always going down after consolidation ....it's just the way the market react,and on AIM it can be quite a drop because of the fear of more placing....as we already have seen here,I will not be at all surprise to see the SP drops below the RI price in the short term....thereafter all depend on how the company use the funds,which hopefully will be wise here.

Thanks for that PM.....but the real news to move us forwards is the technological update,lets hope something is coming soon enough.

The main reason is the dilution during the last 12 months,the other is the drop of oil price......YET, has to be said we had significat progress during this period so the price in the short/mid term should recover,but not anywhere near the unrealisic SP of the past....not for a while anyway....IMHO.
