There is always a chance that funds will be raised at premium to current.......0.18 to 020 maybe..

We are slowly but surely the SP is starting the l.............ong long way to recovery.....any bit of hint of a new deal and this will fly.....hopefully not too long to wait,but looks like a good recvery stock.

Results of the recent AGM state: "Application will be made for admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of the 25,000,000 new Ordinary Shares deriving from the Placing and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 28 January 2019."
The current SP is stil below the 40p placing price so very atractive to add/enter...IMHO.

Is the merged company more valuable than the individual entities ???.....YES I belive it will,so not looking such a bargain for holders here atm,but looking a bit further, then it makes some sense as despite all past promisses RTHM failled to make it on it's own.....IMHO.

And BTW the 1.25p trades are actually buyers not sellers....

It's stil very cheap but unlikely to move above 3p until further positive news which can come at anytime now......the company need to sell some asset/s in order to move faster with Zamsort which I regard as our main potential.

The big drop here,followed by the big rise on Taptica is making both at a very similar MC....confirmation that the market bet on the deal to take place....not good short term for holders here,but then again we are used to jam tomorrow....

2 companies that struggled to unlock profits will become one that maybe will......as an holder here with many false dawns I accept that news as positive and hope that a united company maybe will come good.....eventually.

Sold half,and let the rest run for free......potential even after today jump is stil massive,but you just can't ignore this morning spike......GLA.

Agree.....and the 1 share traded is possibly the TR1 news to follow....

Because the uncertainty regarding funds has been removed now....of course the fact that the cash raised at a lower price than the current means a short time weakness but with the prospects of positive news anytime soon I rather hold for the bigger prize.

Same like the latest days....dropping the price first only to end up rising....still cheap enough...IMHO.

Don't know,and don't realy care......but the SP has been pulled back for a long while now despite the latest placing (for 4.50p),the fairly positive results,and even more despite the exciting prospects some of what reported today,and others will in the not too long future......IMHO of course.
