I think the company new about it well before today update but only chose to put the RNS today.....from my long dealing in the stock market i can assure you that it's not an unusual practice and not only on AIM market.

CEO's often can be very acconomical with news,what to say ,and when.....it doesn't necessary make them untrustworthy....

Investing in shares many times could be like crossing a minefield and full of bumping roads,it's simply the nature of this game.

Yet, at least they come with some solutions to help reducing the risks.

Yep after consolidation of 100 to one at the end of last year.

Slowly but surely changing to BIG buys....

Maybe, but for every sell there must be a buy.....basic market rules, it's all about the price that suit both, buyer and a seller.

Personally I derisked my holding by selling half of it....(some actually above28p....).by doing it i am trying to make the most of both worlds.....

If bid unfortunately succeeded then I get the 28p and move on.

However, if the bid failed then I will buy back gradually while I expect the price to drop, at least initially.....

Finally, there is still time for counter bid/s which in this case, it's even more exciting.....

Since this ridiculous offer accepted by the BOD precious metals prices increased SUBSTANTIALLY.....the least I expect is improved offer to well above 30p, even so it's still a bargain for any buyer.....

Unfortunately, being realistic,I pretty much doubt pi votes will not be enough, we need some of the big boys to help our cause.....

Still, it's never ends until the fat lady sings....
