Please don't under estimate the fact they bit their own expectations....revenue of at least 10% up on theirs forecast is very credible achievement now in the current environment....IMHO.
will have to wait now for the full numbers to come with the up and coming results.

The market as its often do allow the shorters to close with fairly cheap price currently, this process will take few days and will be mainly done prior to the company announcing the final terms of the cash call....investors will take their position in order to qualify for the RI cheap shares....as such any rise atm is fairly muted....things will start to improve a wee bit later hence my decision to hold tight....as always IMHO.

Very positive news no doubt about it....clearing out the dead wood (oil and gas assets. )and although the cash consideration is low the saving by doing so is materially.
Second distributor for CBD is lined up and the company now fully focused on the new business plans....all sound good.
One can fear the market often reaction after good SP rise with "sell on news" is not the case today, so obviously the market happy with today progress update.....myself too....

They have no need to buy anything.....they got insurance arm that doing fine but this is just not enough,it is badly in need of improvement.....and as for the travel arm they could do little during the last awful 6 months but hopefully this is about to change and comeback to life anytime soon...they are not the first and definitely not the last to make a cash call in order to keep on going....at least they have that done now in the best way possible,so no case of going bust (like few others....)
Good realistic chance now to be in line with few others as decent recovery stock....IMHO.

When the SP will move to well above 20p (not if but when....) all those seller/s mircusly will announce they bought back at 18p or so....
Yet,GL to genuine ones who managed to trade this morning for 23p or above.....

Household companies like DFS,and DNLM all reported good rise in sales....we should follow this pattern.
