Folks rushing to buy ahead of results....still cheap enough below 20p....

Anything below 20p is not worth the bathers...IMHO....
Price will settle above once investors will bear in mind the option of participating in the up and coming RI to buy more for a good discount of 15p....never mind the longer term recovery....
Having said that, if you lucky to get a sell trade of portion of your holdings this could be worthwhile if you could buy them back below 20p....

If the deal is going ahead (no way back now....)me personally have a long term plans (12-18 months at least....)with target of above 75p a share.

My guess based on 15p a share they will allow between 250 to 270 millions new shares which means ratio of 1 Ri for every 4 shared holding on the day it wii be announced.

Agree Pokerchips.....and further more,what about the LTH some whom bought in the IPO (I think 180p.....)why don't give them a fair chance to average down with the RI if they haven't done so so far out of fear the company is going bust......the company must always see the full package rather than the short term share price,and I am glad they seems to do just that.....many good businesses found themselves in great difficulties during this awful pandemic,that doesn't mean they have to pack it in....there are many and better ways to get back to keep a decent business back to be successful.....

Like I said before 33p is way too cheap to sell the company.....yes of course it is big premium to the silly current,but why let others get the full benefits of the longer term potential here???....short term traders may not be impressed (who cares....)but investors with some more patience and vision got more than a fair chance to get much higher rewards in a year,or 2.....
I bought in first back in ,March for below the current price and added few time since (averaged up.....)with potentially RI on the cards I intends to take the lot and if possible even apply foe excess shares.....will tuck it all with realistic anticipation for long term decent ride which could easily be few bagger from the current....as always IMHO.

Of course they will reject 33p if they feel that the SP could be much higher in 12 to 18 months....
More likely at least double that once finance is sorted and the travel part of the business will come back to life ....together with the successful insurance arm this company has everything to be FTSE 100 icon....IMHO.

The market always find the way to re value the company due to the latest developments....whatever it is one thing is for sure it will be premium to the misley current....and then you have the potential bonus with the rights issue....very handsome rewards for folks who bought in recently...and even more to come when sentiment will return to positive way in the near term....
Pretty much all round completely change of fortune for holders.

He simply couldn't buy that sort of massive amount of shares in the open market unless he was doing it over a lengthy time,which obviously will create a huge demand for shares and that will be resulted in big SP rise....
Also buying shares on the open market will give the company nothing in cash to sort out theirs balance sheet while injecting cash in exchange of new shares will hugely improve the company position to pay of debt and save big money that otherwise would be wasted on different financing methods and interest payments....
Will be interesting to see the market reaction on Tuesday, and with whatever it is I am very comfortable with my circa 15p average.

H202, considering the initial morning drop and the fact it's Friday ahead of a long weekend the price is holding well, and definitely a positive sign...plenty of new buyers today which some at least ended with sticky hands....

Importantly to mention the fact that this share is still off the radar of many potential PI.....I don't think it will be the case for much longer as the company getting more and more lucrative contracts the exposure will be massive....
Of course the up and coming results will hopefully do it's part amongst the institutions.

Added few yesterday on the back of SP drop...
And same again today but on the back of a rise....happy with both trades as I am confident they will grow fast together with the company stature in the near term and beyond....

Although no numbers ever attached to any reported deal the fact they are all multi years contracts is very promising.....so much going now and so much more to come.....
