Some will argue it was pretty much expected after the recent funds raising and news which is true, and as such possibly already priced in the current SP,(will find out soon today.....)

However, the longer term for us holders is matterialy derisked so good reason to be very please.,which personally I am....

Just to add to my earlier post is the clear fact that we are pretty much fully funded now for the year ahead, and with so much positive news expected during this time any further capital raise surely will be done on much higher SP base.

Personally I will try and add on any weakness here.

Dilution is never a positive news....I rather it was done after the MRE and on a price above 4p but than again cash is king and will always drive hard bargains.

Good news it is with probably sticky hands and we can accelerate our already fast moving project, so let's just do it and move on.....

Best deal could be achieved only from a position of strength.....hence the funds raising.

Also the fact it was made by only small discount to recent SP and they raised big money means it's fairly positive outcome IMHO.

The hugely discounted placing is indeed bad news for holders, but the reason for it although short term massive disappointing could still prove long term rewarding if the acquisition the placing funding will integrated successfully, especially if you are buying at the current level.

Remains to be seen.

Hugely disappointing for holders unfortunately, YET, opportunity for newbies.....

Had it watched for a while, luckily not invested until I saw the big drop this morning with the massive discounted placing....took my first bunch at 1.27p,....
