Hi Pops. Capstone to sole fund Donovan2 up to completion of Prefeasibility Study.
RNS 22/10/20 gives full details.

Main thing for me is that Turner Pope's research note stated that Donovan 2 is similar to Capstone's Cozamin deposit which has generated Capstone over $450M in free cash flow (up to 31 2019) and most likely has decades of mine life left.

Copper miners getting a lot of attention now.

Capstone has the drill company lined up and it's definitely happening soon.

Donovan 2 should be a Copper-Gold VMS system which is very rare and valuable.
The VP of Capstone said it has the potential of being a Tier 1 asset!

In RNS 13/01/21 it said Donovan 2 is located near existing infrastructure and operating mines and if drilling is successful, it is well placed for rapid development.

30:30mins - It's very interesting when he said 40% of all the gold that has ever been mined has come from the Witwatersrand Basin in South Africa. Australia was apparently connected to South Africa at some point and the geology is similar in Western Australia. Therefore, WA could be an extension of the Witwatersrand.

This is possibly why our Elizabeth Hill mine produced Australia's largest silver nugget.
Elizabeth Hill sits on the eastern part of the Munni Munni fault and has only been tested up to just 100m.

The London Stock Exchange doesn’t disclose whether the trades are buys or sells. Sites like this and ADVFN use the timestamp attached to each trade and compare it with the bid-ask spread at the time of trade.
If the price at the time of trade is nearer the bid, it shows as a sell (when it actually is a buy).

It does means that the person got a good price. Specifically that their broker traded below the mid point of the quoted spread at the point the trade was dealt.

The 1M transactions are buys since they went through at the same price of other buys at that time.
The 2.3M transaction is a delayed one from yesterday @9:21am. It's definitely a buy since it was exactly the same price to buys at that time yesterday.

Hi iPhoneiTrade, the Ministry of Mines at Mexico have a big backlog which Bill said at the webinar was Covid related.
We have a new full-time senior geologist in Mexico now who is chasing them up.

We applied for the Donovan2 permit before San Celso & Los Campos and that was only just issued end of December.

My guess is that they will be issued within 1-2 weeks.

I can't wait until we finally get the drill permits for San Celso & Los Campos and then crack on with putting some drill holes through those.

Hi Lyndon. I think we will definitely get the Air Mag Survey results next week.

In the interview on 4/2/21 Bill said the drilling should be finished in a couple weeks. So all drilling should have been just been completed by now. The samples should all be with Intertek now.
There are 4-5 targets. Therefore, we might get results from the first target at Kalgan next week. Or we may get the handheld XRF results which they already have.

Just wanted to clarify my earlier post. It’s Brockman Mining that has the resource estimate of 124MT, not our Brockman site. Brockman mining’s site is actually located in the Han**** Ranges. It’s a bit confusing!
Just have to wait for the assay results to get our actual confirmed estimates.

The Air Mag Survey should have been completed by now (due mid-late Feb). Hopefully Bill is currently working on writing the RNS? Hopefully they will identify new targets, but it’s very much an unknown.

I have also see then MMs lately willing to buy a much larger than normal amount of shares. Especially on 16/02/21.

For me, the recent non-exec buy is a key positive indicator.
When the BOD start to sell, that's when investors should worry.

We have a JORC inferred & indicated mineral resource est of 124M tonnes of high-grade DSO Iron Ore at our Brockman site which dips into the adjoining FMG ground.

In the interview on 4/2/21 Bill said he is finalising drill permitting for Brockman for a maiden drilling program of 2000-3000m.

UFO has always been a long-term buy & hold for me and maybe one day we can be the next Atlas Iron which started with a 20M tonne tenement and their geologist David Flanagan grew the company from a $9m startup to a asx top 50 Australian company with a market cap over $4Bn and annual revenues over $1.5Bn.

DSO Iron Ore does not require any processing.

One of four drill holes returned 126M @60.28% Fe from surface.

Also there was no drilling previously done at Han****. This is an unknown.

Both are highly underexplored.

Results are eagerly awaited.
