It all goes to show that if Atlas Iron can grow from a $9M startup with just a 20M tonne Iron Ore tenement to a multi-billion dollar company, there is nothing to stop us doing so with our est target of 245M tonnes!

Bill used to work for Rio, so hopefully he can get a win-win deal with either Rio, BHP, or FMG who are all on our boarder.

Hi EWT, we are just discussing the option of using trucks (road trains) if there was any impediment to us using BHP's trains.

If we have 2 centipede trucks, that would be 500,000 tonnes to the port per year.

If we can make just $50/tonne profit, that would be $25M in a year to start with to grow the company.

I'm just thinking that if we want to get revenue asap, starting a small mining operation at Brockman might be a good idea.
I just wouldn't want our JV partner to be slow in bringing in the cash!

Eg. the centipede truck carries 1/4M tonnes per year and works 24h/day 7days a week for the mining company. They said they have 2 now:

I definitely agree using trains will be the best option.

Just throwing it out there, that if Atlas Iron, a $9M start-up can do it and get their mine up & running within months after completing drilling, it should also be possible for us.

But I guess Bill & BOD will do all the cost benefit analysis after the results from drilling end of the month.

From our Brockman sight to Port Dampier it is less than 300km.
Therefore, using road trains to mine Brockman ourselves is definitely an option.

I think it is too simplistic to use an acquisition price to determine a valuation.
It’s not something I would do when comparing the projects of other companies.

Last year Hamersley didn’t really factor into the SP since we only started work on it in Q3 after the spike.
Last year Bill got x3 legacy projects out the drawer and started work on unlocking their value during a bull market.
I would argue that Donovan2 on it’s own is not priced in since it is very similar to Capstone’s Cozamin mine. Copper deposits are very rare.

Once we start to prove up our est 245M tonnes of Iron Ore, UFO will be completely transformed.

I can get quotes to sell 3M shares, but can only buy 1M.
IMO they sometimes drop the bid to fill their worked orders.
I wouldn't be surprised if we get some 5M delayed buys showing up tomorrow evening!

If you believe in the metals bull market and want maximum upside leverage, there is not better place on the LSE than UFO. Especially since the SP is still near the placing price.
