I can sell as many shares as I want all in one go above the placing price. We will be back to where we were yesterday very soon, but this time with an extra £3.5M in the bank to drive the projects forward.

Reasons for the Placing and Use of Proceeds

The Company is undertaking the Placing to progress its corporate and operational strategy and the net proceeds will therefore be applied towards:

· Phase 3 infill and extensional drilling on the Han**** Iron Ore Project

· Permitting and infrastructure planning to move the Han**** project towards mining

· Ongoing exploration around the Elizabeth Hill Silver project

· Exploration drilling in Mexico;

· Early stage exploration on the Company's regional tenements including Munni Munni North and resource drilling at the Brockman Iron Ore Project and

· General working capital

Once our initial resource is upgraded to Indicated (after Howard Baker gets the in-fill & core drill results) and mining licence granted and off-take agreement secured, then civil engineer Lloyd Edmunds just needs to arrange with a road construction company a small road to the Great Northern Highway.
All this work is currently going on in background.

Then just need to roll in a completely mobile mining unit:
1 Surface miner, 3 dump trucks, 1 excavator, 1 mobile crushing & screening modular unit.

Also don’t need to set up mining camp accommodation facilities like Fenix since mining town Newman is commutable, just 20km away.

Hopefully sentiment in the silver market returns and as we all know silver is a tiny market and UFO is the best junior silver play on LSE with silver Assay results for Elizabeth Hill being released this month.

Also Bill mentioned in last interview (2 weeks ago) that they are hoping to officially announce very soon about re-opening the silver mine and work from underground to develop the resource.

For a 5-megawatt turbine, the steel alone averages 150 tonnes for the reinforced concrete foundations, 250 tonnes for the rotor hubs and nacelles, and 500 metric tons for the towers = 900 tonnes of steel or 1,440 tonnes of iron ore!

An average solar panel uses 20 grams of silver.

@myavian, IMO we will be production nearer to 12 month than 17.5 months time.

Also some people doubt Biden will get his $1Trillion Infrastructure Bill passed. However, America's infrastructure is crumbling and they always engage in Keynesian prime the pump policies during periods of stagflation to stave of unemployment.
So where will they get all the iron ore that is needed to produce steel which is required for the trillion dollars of infrastructure projects?

Also we will be producing DSO, which is what the Chinese are after since it uses the least energy and produces the least pollution when converting into steel.

Rio and Fortescue are producing low grade iron ore which can be under 57% Fe!

It's to do with China's artificial restriction on steel production in order to reduce pollution for the Winter Olympics.

Thankfully we are currently not selling and will start selling in 12 to 17.5 months time from now.
By then steel production would have been ramped up and the trillions of infrastructure stimulus will start filtering through.
Perfect timing for UFO to massively benefit.

Going to be a phenomenal month for UFO.
