FYI Chris2, Both platinum & palladium are very rare. However palladium is about 15 times rarer than platinum!

Palladium is key green metal for catalytic converters and hydrogen powered vehicles!

myavian, do you think silver is going to stay around $25/oz when we are running at a silver mining deficit and there is now going to be massive demand for solar, EVs etc?
Eg USA is planning to generate 40% of all electricity by solar by 2035. Similar goals by other countries around the world.
Please explain to me where this silver is going to come from where it can be supplied at $25/oz!!??

Plus people don't view Iron Ore as a green metal, but it is an essential metal required for all solar installations, wind turbines (One 5-megawatt turbine requires 900 tonnes of steel or 1,440 tonnes of iron ore), all EVs, high-speed rail etc etc.
It's impossible to transition without using a lot more iron ore.
