@wents, it's not just aa that ufo have terms sheets with. they have other parties also:

imo they may have a better offer.

and hanc0ck is just a starter mine. double ****s, double production, regroup will use new ultraquads with 150t payloads (fenix use 140t payloads), economies of scale with e25 next door, regroup switching to fully battery-powered fleet, add more sites, brockman & vivash, elizabeth hill, munni munni, pinderi hills region etc.

present fair value of 1.1p for hanc0ck is just the start.

Also as per yesterday's RNS:

"Ore processing will utilise a mobile dry crushing and screening plant capable of producing 1.25Mt to 1.5Mt of 100% fines product per annum on a single shift basis. Sprint capacity of the plant working on a double shift basis is up to 3.0Mt per annum."

Very easy to double production with 24h double shifts at the mine.

When Fenix bought Iron Ridge off Atlas Iron they paid back in shares after production milestones and their Market Cap is A$177M.

Yes plenty of scope to get logistics costs down further.

Fenix run a fleet of 30 Road Trains with 140t payloads.

REGROUP just started taking delivery of new Ultraquads with 150t payloads.

=7% increase in payload!!

That makes a huge difference to the bottom line.

Then also as per previous RNS, UFO will be sharing logistics with Element 25 next door. Both will be using REGROUP for haulage, thus bringing costs down further with economies of scale. Plus sharing bunker space & vessels etc.

Also as per previous RNS Contractor REGROUP is committed to becoming carbon neutral via the use of a fully battery-powered fleet.

Battery swap stations can be installed within 24 hours and they automatically swap truck batteries within a few minutes (quicker than going through a car wash).

This will mean at least halving fuel costs in future. What will be AISC costs then?!

Then economies of scale with doubling production (24h shifts) & adding other sites Mallina & small box tenement, Brockman & Vivash etc.

So make the ASIC figure $81/t.

Make it $85/t (extra $6.25M per year).

Still huge margin.
