Yes relevant, but misclassified for the specific business entities, I’m sure some numpties here read the RNS feed and think Imm are issuing shares or diluting, when we clearly have plenty juice in the tank and are looking to pull forward. Not so long ago Incanthera were in pole with their Skin+ offering

I think some on here are misreading the RNS as 1 should be related to IMM and the other Incanthera, both seem to have been attached to to IMM ticker……correction RNS probably on the way

Not one that I expected, but this warrant extension gives Incantera the time to monetise their product line Skin+ and they seem to want to clear down their existing debtors, so one would think that this could ultimately lead to a positive outcome. This is just icing on the cake if Tim pulls this off, IMM’s path to success is quite clear - just needs Tim to execute. I’d imagine overall this a positive as a non cost chance for a gain with a 70/30 split in our favour.

I have been adding sub 4.5 having sold half my holding above circa 6.4p. This is a gift right now, but I am pretty confident a news drop is imminent and a SP bounce higher on the cards
