No stopped the trading just posted a view yesterday, this morning and having listened to the inter view from this morning and having read the summary. Each to their own now Gold Girl

Listened myself and it doesn’t appear that a deal was imminent. Also about cash runway there is the potential for the need for money depending on the VWAP over the course of this month and obviously the options that Lanstead hold at 2p. Just putting my 2p worth into the debate.

Well to just be balanced and fair from a chart perspective this is very bullish and it does look like it will have another run higher. The volumes of buys at this level are astonishing and some quite significant buys were filled yesterday. I wasn’t looking so much here as I have been adding to a position in TLW, but it feels wrong to not post on this board having been accustomed to it for years.

Span I am looking at the orders and it does appear that it’s gonna go again………have to be fair in our commentary.

@wigwammer - the maths are correct. Lanstead will pay based on VWAP for the month not a given day plus the potential of Imm taking up their warrants for Incanthera by the end of the month

@Mushy what I do find funny is that you are an expert on IMM having just joined this board/ group in Feb 2025 and that was then we were dropping off on our last spike. I would have thought that you would perhaps understand how the system works.

The current price cannot be sustained on just an application for a patent - I’m sure most others can see that?

If you watch the volume dropping off you can tell the crowd that came here having seen IMM on the high risers board on the LSE have swiftly moved along.

Is the potential there in the science yes…….am I bitter no, because I can buy 300k at 10p and it costs me zero of my own money. Will I buy when the dust has settled and the euphoria died down 100%.

@Mushy - you are aware of VWAP? Well don’t look at the price on any given day - take it over the course of the month. Was the Lanstead deal looking good yesterday - hell yes it was phenomenal at 15p, today we are at 10p and last Friday we were at 5p. Plenty days in the month. I am not saying don’t be optimistic - yes for sure, but also be a little realistic.

Scrod - yes that cash positive will more than likely go to taking the options on Incanthera which expire at the end of the month? No?

Don’t call me petty some on the board are brand new and those that know the story will have taken money off the table.

Like some have said I was the one defending the science at 2p and saw none of you here. I now am warning too.

6th August Update:

As at 30 June 2025, the Group held a cash balance of £0.4 million, representing a decrease from £1.1 million at 30 June 2024. The derivative financial asset was valued at £0.6 million, up from £0.5 million a year earlier. The basic and diluted loss per share for the period was 0.38 pence, compared to 0.09 pence in the previous year.

At 30th June they had £400k in the bank

No update since 6th August 2025 and 10 weeks from 30th June 2025 do you think they have much of £400k?

Only a small amount - they excercise at 125k and sell at 250K - no issue with the volume, Albeit falling volume. I think the question for many will be that the Lanstead agreement will pay well this month but why? Encourage some holders to look at the last interim results released on 6th August.

Which other business needs money and is Tim associated with……….7.2million in warrants for Incanthera, who also need cash. They expire on 30th Sept and my bet is IMM will pay for them using the addition funds generated by Lanstead this month. Then I do believe the warrants Lanstead have at 2p will be converted, whilst they have been selling.

I’m still here scalping where possible, but better some of the newer holders are aware of the bigger picture.

Brent has just broken through $67 dollars and the TLW bond price up almost 4% now…….this will start to head higher into the close

Key Meeting Expected Wednesday 10th Sept

An adviser to Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Channel8 that a broad meeting will be held Wednesday to finalize mechanisms for resuming exports. According to the Kurdistan Regional Government’s (KRG) Minister of Natural Resources, daily oil production in the region currently stands at about 230,000 barrels.

A decision on restarting exports could have a significant impact on both the federal and regional economies, ending months of deadlock that followed the suspension of flows through the Iraq-Turkey pipeline in March 2023.

Afternoon Jim all the indications and noises coming from the KRG are confirming that they have submitted a workable solution and Baghdad will look to sign this off imminently. Trump and his administration got involved in July and are pushing for this to be signed off……..at these levels we are looking at a potential 80-100% re-rate. The press stories published and shared on this board are pointing to this being resolved. February has come and gone but we are in September and for me this is a no brainer now
