Well having been trading stocks for the last 15 years you get a feel of when something is oversold, you look at the indicators being the sp and the trades, but also the comments on boards. At the end of the day everything has a price and as it stands I believe a number feel that it is below fair value here. In addition there a number of gaps between 50-60p, which will be filled.
This is another JD sport story, be it at its early stages. Institutions tend follow past success.
I did say week or so, but it can go up a lot quicker than it fell.....free float of stock is low. Like I said a few times a large portion of the shares are owned by the family of the founders of the company including Clare Nesbitt, which to be accurate reflects 63.01% of the stock.
Yes there have be sellers, but this was not retail and we flushed these out yesterday, so we should see a nice move back up. So normal volumes of trading commences
