Yes I can see the cross over around the 11th where it moves up above the means but understand the significance of this change as it also happened back on the 18th ! its an interesting theory which has opened my eyes to another tool.

Just spoken with II who have confirmed that the FCA will cover up to 85k - they also confirmed that they are privately owned and 2nd biggest online broker with no external debts - but risk is risk ! now I could set up another account in a family members name to spread the risk but this would involve selling the stock as its in an ISA then transferring the money - not something I really want to do at such a critical time for AMER......hope the above gives some clarity to the potential issue.

You're a director of a company which is up for sale, the current SP is 17p and you have shares at 17p ? Wouldn't you want to at least triple the selling price !
