Is its time to vote out our stale Chairman at the AGM !
The buck stops at the top and lets get real, the only thing he's improved over the last six months is his handicap, we need a modern day chairman one who is driven, creative, entrepreneurial and has the vision to take the company forward, one who can make the hard decisions.......we don't need three accounts eating into of cash and good old Tim is only interested in boring old ORR.
This just about sums it up :- Taken from our RN's Mr. Timmons' appointment is at the request of the Company's largest shareholder and the Board believes that Mr. Timmons can add perspective to the Board as it seeks to develop its business. Perspective, Perspective to the BOD really..........Our BOD needs Perspective....the Chairman has to take responsibility, step-up or step down...

Hopefully our Rockstar BOD have finally decided to add some value to the company ! instead of delaying until September's AGM.....

For me question should be asked of our Rockstar BOD :-
* Why did you delay in buying a Gold asset ? and waste the perfect opportunity to purchase at a distressed price....

Simple :-
* Sell the Spanish gold mines for £2M so I can sell at profit.
* Unfortunately due to our Rockstar BOD fe----g about, its now too late to buy any Gold plays due value doubled.

Well done holders...

Tumble weeds again for the ORM investors ? or could our rockstar BOD actually shock us this week...........

I wouldn't hold my breath ! Maybe Liquidation would be a better outcome for us investors !
I don't have a lot of confidence in our so called Rockstar BOD, the way we are going all the cash will be blown on wages and with Gold assets rising we'll be lucky to end up with a cheap dust field Outer Mongolia.......

Give me the £5million - I would have bought Cobra 5 months ago and sold the Spanish assets for £2million, SP would now be sat around 4p due to constant market updates and Thomas would be the CEO, Tim's only interested in boring old ORR and we only need one accountant......
