Cash should be 1p but now start taking out the Rockstar BOD pay......

Are ORM just a shell who's BOD have used the £5m to pay their wages for the last 6 months !
I am seriously starting to think this is the case.......
They will probably announce on Sept 18th :- that they are planning on opening the Spanish gold mine due to its high grades (surprise, surprise) but due to extreme production start up cost plus the fact the £5m has been drained away - they have no alternative but to offer a share placing to generate much needed funds.....
They will probably offer the placing at an extremely reasonable offer of .50 > .60 to encourage new investors, while at the same time f-cking over the loyal long term investors. *****Long and short of it :- the loyal investors lose out****** my faith in this BOD / company is at an old time low.....only Thomas Anderson can save us now.

Hang in there OldBee - Sept 18th is only a few weeks away, I feel your frustration and believe me have seriously considered doing the same.........The Rockstar BOD performance has been shameful and down right embarrassing over the last 12 months. I am not confident that we can salvage any sensible return from our long term investment with ORM.......Not at all, so give us the money so we can all move on with some dignity ....Auzzie gold hunters with metal detectors have put ORM to shame....

If you ain't pulling yellow stuff out of the ground, might as well pack up and go home - Auzzie gold hunters have earned more with a metal detector than ORM its embarrassing.......

No point checking the slowest gold play on AIM until Sept 18th....Paul's below comments suggest he must be related to one of the BOD members......'Nice to see the share price rise' seems like the sort of deluded comment you would expect from our Rockstar BOD....
If we ain't pulling gold out of the ground and targeting profit when its at its highest price ! you really have to question the ability / motives of this management team.......Give us the cash and please put us out of our misery.

Its very frustrating Broomfielder sorry you decided to sell and move on, but its understandable with this so called Rockstar BOD !
Communication is non-existent with the new chairman and progress is painfully slow...

The 18th Sept is a deadline that I expect news / announcements before ! or we get the option to vote the Rockstar BOD out at the AGM..... Theres no fear / risk of going under with £5m in the bank, they could liquid 'Worst case' which would give the shareholders approximately 1.4p per share but we all know that with the Spanish assets thrown in, this would be much higher....

Looks like a slow day again.....Unless our Rockstar BOD shock us and pull a few rabbits out of a hat......the clock is ticking as Sept 18th gets closer !

Yes there is a bit of a debate on that UKI tax loss figure ! I did ask the company to clarify, which of course they didn't....

Yes totally, but if your only paying a small percentage of tax, you use the money to develop...

Strange Europa Metals up 26% this morning...

Well I've come to the below conclusion :-
* Keep our Spanish gold mine with high grade gold and develop using the €37m retained tax losses.
* Buying a 2nd gold / silver asset 'Europa Metals' fits the bill & again using the tax losses to develop.
* Spain is a stable country in comparison to African opportunities, so this decision gets a big thumbs up from me......

Taking the above into consideration and with Gold and Silver to follow at all time highs 3 to 4p should be easily achievable and a great outcome for ORM & with the AGM planned for mid September expect the announcement very soon.....

Yes agree 'No smoke without fire' well I guess thats, what got me thinking this morning - Movement in the market, Irish / UK...
Then a company name Europa metals,,,where did that come from ? have to say it fitted the bill pretty well, maybe something will come out further down the line, who knows, maybe it was a leak ! ..... Anyway Its all harmless fun but I am confident we must be getting close..
