Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
It certainly started a difficult week for us holders, but now it feels very positive, with only 6 working days until the court case....
Hi Vinson
Thanks for the update, I am currently at 1.1 million...
Great input as always Vinson...what did you make of the Martin Lewis statement yesterday on twitter...
Great post MIKESM
Martin Lewis
a) My comment was that FCA should engage to ensure deal is fair to consumers
b) I also said we don't want is Amigo going bust so no redress
c) Amigo is not in the loan shark territory, its diff type of loans, and there's no evidence less high cost credit pushes to loan sharks.
The only thing you can believe in the newspaper is the date..Bruce Forsyth
Come on : - 'WHAT IF' the SP hits 40p its all hypothetical.....So the Bod buy shares out of their own money, they don't know the outcome !
Its a one dimensional view :- 'WHAT IF' the companies goes into liquidation and they lose all the money.....lazy journalism.
Then please go ahead & tell how Sarah actual earns her money....cause I am starting to believe she actual is Florence Nightingale....
I do actually wonder :- if releasing a one dimensional new article with only 8 working days to a court case is actually - Influencing the course of justice...
I sincerely hope that all the information is factual & not fabricated in anyway.....
Can I say how disappointed I am with the one dimensional report on Amigo, I personally think its lazy journalism and you have played into Sarah at Debtcamel's hands, who's only interest is lining her own pockets from compensation. Without regulated lending and the sensible levels of APR that Amigo are offering your article will drive people to loan sharks and 200 to 400% APR currently be quoted.
I hope Amigo go for them....
Great post Chris
Totally agree Anon.y.mouse If you are comfortable with you research and confident in Gary and the Bod & the fact that J P Morgan, Bybrook & Evil see value in company, strap in for the potential of life change rewards.....
I'll take a few more....end of the week will finish 14p
:- whether Amigo appropriately handled complaints after 20 May 2020 and whether Amigo deployed sufficient resource to address complaints in accordance with the Voluntary Requirement ('VReq') announced on 27 May 2020...I am very confident Gary has already mentioned / stated this in one of the presentation.....research, research.....
Totally different circumstances :- Provi are profitable in other areas of their business...
There are fundamental differences, Provi has other areas of the business which are profitable...
Will this open the flood gate for other companies to follow ? NSF, MCL, Provi, IDF
Adding more pressure to the already struggling FCA, they can't let all the legalised lenders go bust, causing people to turn to loan sharks....
We all know the claims culture & CMC are fundamental rotten......Is now the time to make a stand
Morning Vinson, The SP is clearly being manipulated for the after hour trades....It certainly going to be interesting when the TR1 eventually drops revealing who is accumulating.
No probs Stevie, still checking in everyday, I am holding strong & have every confidence in Gary & team...
It looks like the FOS & FCA are in meltdown at the moment due to lack of resources caused by Brexit and the pandemic, which seems to be encouraging loan sharks / illegal lenders to grow & thrive.....with the likes of John Lewis closing stores, it seems to me the country needs us more than ever...
Logically the Court case on the 30th March is just the process of signing / agreeing in principle to the SOA with Judge happy for the creditor to decide on our future / outcome....
Yes Thaw thats great news for the group, I am certainly looking forward to his input & comments...
Been thinking about the 30th May court case - why would a judge oppose the proposal when it’s going to be voted on by its customers ?
The financial system is currently under massive strain, AMGO is needed more than ever......
Boss of FOS resigns
