Great RN's conforms Alchemy support & with Neil Uttley involved rising capital from major shareholders won't be issue...20p all day...... The Bod has commenced work on a capital raise with the support of Alchemy, its largest shareholder with a view to completing Q2. Once completed, NSF will be in a strong position to take advantage of an exceptional market opportunity in the non-standard sector.
Most of the negativity has been highlighted by the company and published & I believe is already priced in at this level.....I was thinking about this over the weekend..... * So the results won't be great for Q3 - but we are all aware of this & I believe its priced in. * On a positive :- we have institutions circling and lets not forget about that £100m which could go back onto the book on Thursday......
* MIC / Mubadala partner - Is a $232 billion business that spans six continents & currently holds 16% approx £40m.
* Mediobanca, Cairn & Bybrook are partners worth approx $8 billion, last week they bought 7% approx £2m in Amgo... - Why would an institution buy £2m worth of Amigo shares last week ?
Totally agree HonewoodLtd great post, they would have done their detailed due diligence on Amgo & realised it has massive potential from this level.....We are now firmly on the radar of the institutions, I am expecting a frenzy as many more, follow & take their positions.....
Mediobanca 'Italy' Cairn & now BYBROOK are worth billions & are partners in wealth management.... They have done their in-depth research / analysis on Amigo & have come to the conclusion, that it's a great value investment opportunity from these levels.... Now that Amigo has been clearly highlighted by a major investment company, it will be on the radar of every hedge fund / institutions, who will undoubtedly start circling & snapping up Amigo cheap shares ! I expect to see more major investment from hedge funds / institutions in the coming weeks....hold tight things are starting to heat up.
Massive news........Bybrook currently manages approximately USD2.5 billion on behalf of top tier international institutional investors. Ask yourself ? why would Institutions want to buy share in little old Amgo with it tiny £33m Mcap ?
Web traffic to Amgo website... When investing, my first question always is :- Is there demand for our product..... Aug - 220,00 Sept - 170,000 Oct - 150,000 Nov - 180,000 Dec - 140,000 Jan - 160,000
Just what if :- MIC brought Gary out of retirement to clean up the company & bring in an exceptional Bod to take the company forward ! History would dictate that Roger, Glenn & Nayan were quickly moved on & that mechanically without any holding shares it was impossible for JB to win the vote without our billionaire partners support.... So what does the future now hold for Amigo 2.0.......
Yes I tend to agree A.Y.M I noticed a similar patterns last week, they would take plenty of my shares all week, which makes me believe, we have a large buy order sat @ 6p or someone is accumulating large amounts of stock.....could they know whats coming ?
