When they talk about shareholder value...they want that as much as we do!

Lovely update, straight from the horses mouth.
I think he mentions 2 months in there somewhere so I'm not holding my breath for early Q4, but it's coming for sure.
Interesting mention at around 9 minutes, that the difference between us and some of these far bigger companies, is that we're trying to be one of the first REGULATED companies listed on the London stock exchange. That puts us on a great position as the sector inevitably becomes more tightly controlled.
Continuing to look forward to this journey ahead.

So once this sale completes, we at least have a default timeliness, in that we have to make an acquisition in 6 months or RTO in 12.
Still doesn't appear we have any actually solid target though, just more money to find something with.

As reminded to us in the RNS, shares comfortably sold at 2.0 etc. As well as directors buying at these levels.
Not sure what bottom price is at the moment. I would say 1.0, but if we're looking at a few more months for roll out, then maybe we might be lucky to buy a chunk more at 0.9 or 0.8.
Still totally confident mid term.

I suppose at least its not being hyped for no reason.
No real reason to average down though unless there is any communication, although 3m mcap can't get much lower.

Nice update.

@tradinin ... its mainly an update on 2 things.
A more detailed update on the testing environments successfully completed, and next steps along the way of confirming and establishment of the stablecoin offering.
Also an update on the recent acquisitions, which are done and dusted for Angra, and should be final admin for the Lithuanian business.

All good, and an exciting mid to long term investment still. . IMO of course.

I think others have tried with less success.
At least it shows lights are still on etc!
Hopefully this also means the majority of the funds are still available too and not being frittered away. Certainly more positive than negative.

Of course we're all waiting on news, but I would imagine most are happy picking up more on the dips, which sometimes snowballs for a few hours.

I'm happy to be wrong of course, and news lands, but I'm here for much longer than the next few RNS'S.

SP has just hit a low that is a minimal risk for a buy in or average down after sliding on almost zero trades.
Price has just had to drop to the point where anyone was willing to buy any.
No new news still, but mcap is now back to where is should be IMO.
Not trying to be negative as I'm down still , as many others will be here. Just waiting and watching.

Absolutely Goodlife.

A lot of hard work would have been put in to get over the first obstacles, and now onto achieving the business model.

I'm sure we'll have some progress update this month, but in the meantime hold or build a position ready for the eventual business roll out.

P&O lost £100m year on year and were financially dependent on parent company DP World... who knew.. I didn't.

As we discussed in this thread, price is sat safely in 30-38 zone, and if you look at 30 minutes charts over the last month, this is beautiful for traders.

I guess most of us are LTH, so these current price fluctuations should matter little.
Just popped in to see 100+ messages but mostly seem to be worried or over excited by price changes.
Nothing to worry about ...or excited about until next news.

I see some pretty peed off people here.

I can understand it where they feel they've been misled.. or blatantly lied to.. not a good look, especially from a small business that ultimately needs support from investors be it short or long term.
However, news and business has been good, and the future very promising. I'm happy to hold here, and top up where I can. Today will probably be a good day for that.
Placings are always common place where a company is growing, an at least they've taken existing shareholders into account by offering a separate 0.3 load of shares to us. Many companies would not have bothered.
