More tree shaking and profit taking towards the end of this week, and assuming no more news this will possibly sit mid 20's again.

Annoyingly I don't have additional funds until tomorrow, but that might work out for the best. At least it means my hands are tied for today.

Very much a guessing game while we wait for further news....but where do we reckon this will sit by next week without news?
Possible FOMO may of course kick in too.

Just not sure the quickest way to free up funds to do it that way...
I think even that will take a couple of days to fund the ISA...and that's getting too close to messing around with shares and risk missing out.

Ah well, at least I'm in and in some kind of profit for a change lol.

OK. So I have no ISA being used at the moment...my bad I know.

I have some EUA in IBKR average 26.2 and some in IG average 20.0..along with other investments.

I only use IG now and have an ISA set up there but unused.

These aren't huge amounts of money, and wouldn't fill an ISA allowance, so wasn't rushing into transferring, but more of looking for opportunities to sell my various stocks on a spike and buy back in the ISA so not to lose too much.
However, I'm now thinking do I just bite the bullet of the spread and accept I'll lose some shares in value, and just sell and rebuy straight away.?

I know nobody on here should be pushing any sort of advice..and nor should anyone accept any as such, but interested if anyone has an opinion on what they would do :-)

I had similar concerns, and I know in many cases there is a restriction on immediately selling on these shares.

Unfortunately from all the reading I've done, there appears to be no restriction on these.

So yes, it is possible if share price is still at current level, that they could just sell off for quick profit.

Don't take my word as gospel though...I often get things wrong!

Although I'm sure it is fairly standard, it clearly states on multiple pages, that GST may need to raise more (as would any growing company of course), but that there is no guarantee that they would be able to do so.

If that's all they could get, then they went for it.

Can't believe it costs so much in fees to actually arrange the placing!!

So no...not yet applied

Hopefully shortly means shortly though, and we get it sorted this year, then the funds raised will be used over the next 18 months to create marketing, and also a "waiting list".
Lots of good stuff in the prospectus - but it wont be a 10 bagger in 5 minutes job.

It does however have the prospect of being enormous within the next few years.

On the positive side there is plenty to like in the prospectus. Quite detailed marketing strategy for starters. Also confidence of being successful in the API application itself too.

I'm back in and bought back over half my original holding now.

Still plenty to be confident about.

I think big gains for this long term.

Well, for better or worse, this is how my day went..
Saw the RNS, and spent all of 3 or 4 minutes skimming through... saw the first price drop and expected it to fall more..
Couldn't sell in large numbers ...no surprise there.
Off loaded my entire holding in 6 goes..
1.7 1.7 1.6 1.43 1.43 and 1.31....as it dropped .
I've bought back 2lots at 1.28 since.

My average was 1.97 before, so although this news wasn't what I wanted, I think I've managed it OK.
I'll be looking to buy back to the level I had before, but not sure how tomorrow is going to go yet.
I guess 1p is our new baseline, apart from the directors 2p.

Let's hope it recovers as we await news.....but not until I've topped up :-D

Well, that's a hell of a lot to digest.

Everything from previous consideration of winding up the company, to dilution by issuing large numbers of shares, to the obvious conflict between Anderson and the company.
Anderson claims to have something up his sleeve but won't reveal what it is unless he gets his board members in.
To be honest I don't know what's best moving forward....Anderson or no Anderson...

With the almost nil volume at the moment, and at some point they will have to announce the rearranged AGM, I don't know whether its time to average down...
Thing is its like going in blind right now. MCAP is basically the cash that HOPEFULLY is left.
Wondered what others opinions were.
Maybe the board will have the mix up we all want..and investors will return??

Depends on how you are playing I guess. I'm long term, so just riding. Main thing is they get the API done properly.
