Poly.....either use the dividend cash for share buyback or delay payment of it and pay a super dividend when easier to transact.

All 3 hopefully.

Three options I consider ;

1. Someone(or a fund) has analysed and made sense of the transcripts and is building a large position.
2. GMT or Teton are closing their short positions. On a relatively low liquidity stock like Nano its almost like a slow motion short squeeze. Not enough stock to exit quickly as a lot of stock is tied up by long term holders who have no intention of selling below a much higher SP.
3. Private investors taking positions as people become more aware of potential commercialisation and the impending PTAB decision.

I don’t think we have risen due to the talks at all.

We have risen due to the RNS regarding the differentiation of our Khazak and Russian assets.
We have £5 of SP value safely in Khazak.

Only forced funds sells have created this opportunity.

Same people who were scaremongering 50p last week now scaremongering 200p.
Just take a look at that 1 year chart and you’ll see where this is going back to.
Timescale is the only variable now.

…taking out the daytraders.Will sell them the same shares tomorrow at a premium and up we go.

Khazak assets alone warrant £5 SP. We should be sat at £7 to reflect Russian asset risks.

Not so much Zelensky’s comments, more the fact the FT reported the preparations being made by Poly to separate out the Khazak from the Russian.
Seeing that Khazak contributes 48% and we were sat at £11ish pre-war then SP of £5 minimum becomes apparent.
