Nice call Cameron! :-)
I happily pay the trade commission on HL. My money is secure, spread is competitive, the transactions are fast and any customer service I've needed has been superb. It's a bonafide huge company who have learned from their past mistakes. 6-10 quid a transaction on large sells/buys is not something to lose sleep over.
We are far from out of the woods yet folks. These knb and mgc huge surges on nearly no news stinks of mm's or day traders after quick turns. Please tell me I'm wrong!!
Healthy to see Knb ( Of which I also hold shares in) react well to a fairly lowkey RNS. This really is a sector that garners huge PI interest.
A director buying 10k worth of shares does this?
Playing devils advocate for our antipodean contingent, are they just baiting the masses? Or are they gauging interest in this?
One thing is for sure, IF this is a reaction to the directors small gesture, it bodes well towards this company where we hope it will go. If they change the "blag" into a business the interest would be huge.
Either way it's Food for thought for our apparently scammy Board.
I'm not even convinced the day will end up, but this small rot stop for the time being has made today's breakfast far more pleasant!
What's this £1 obsession? If this makes 20p I'm buying everyone steak for a year.
Note 12 in that report paints the picture for a company that is still in R+D phase. This is the gamble of investing in such a stock and as many have said, the long term stability of this share will depend on progress made during the year. Pharma sales have more then quadrupled in a year and this is the area that we are hedging will grow exponentially to drive the share price up.
This is a LTH with potentially to pay off massively. And if it doesn't then a lot of us face losing money. Welcome to the stock market.
This is an adults game guy. If you didn't research you are now stuck. If you did like a lot of us then it is a hold
A whole bunch of brand new accounts appearing across forums at the same exact time, attempting to do I don't know what, deramp? gloat, fill time?
By some miracle, If you are all genuine, and have all come here on your own time to warn people en mass, then Thank you very much, we have received your message loud and clear and those who believe im sure have sold and owe you all loads of drinks. Now all the very best, congratulations on making good money out of MGC in Australia, and good bye.
Hold.
Feels like it's reached the floor. No crazy sales, long termers locked in. Now it's just up to the companies development. This is what separates success from being just another failed venture, actually delivering. LT holder here so let's see!!
And your prediction for a few months time is?
Just so we can see how it stands the test of time.
Strikes me as one of the most well researched and level headed BB's that I've encountered so far amongst aims/small standard companies.
Topped up.
I truly feel that anything below 7.5 is a great buy for mid term returns mate. If we stay on this oath, cbx settles and kanabo has a couple of decent rns' then people will really turn their eye to the potential of this emerging market.
The thing that has attracted me to this sector is that it isn't covid dependant. RR and easyjet shares for instance are rising nicely with the new roadmap, but all we need is a miserable looking BoJo to announce another new strain, or a biting winter '21 to ramp up hospital admissions and it comes right back down again. This market will develop away from covid so is a safe haven for those who prefer a more traditional trajectory rather then these hair loss inducing swings we are getting from most sectors.
I'd say a second part to by point is, it won't be affected by any large Brexit news either. Which again keeps us away from these volatile *breaking news" swings.
IMO of course... ;-)

Absolutely Castiron. Hands up I misjudged the sell price on this one and have been left with stock I don't want. Ok, I'll take that hit, put it in medium/long term file and dilute the price a bit. I had faith in this share when I invested and if I was to sell at a loss now, it would be doing my own judgement and metal a disservice! This has been a short term loss for me, but it will be a longer term win.
Do not invest what you can't afford to lose folks. It really is Trading 101. Oh and of course...research!!

I struggle to see how we can justify buyers turning up from the US but not their day traders and MM's? Surely geographically we all turn up together?
Agreed. Too much of a p&d feel still for me to rest easy right now. Need a bit more "gradual" to attract the big hitting portfolio gang.
