Awaiting news on multiple fronts RHA additional cash, Zulu, MNH and also possibility of Circum news.

The only thing close to Circum listed on LSE is Danakali over in Eritrea.

Given the NPV for Circum is roughly double Danakali this should indicate what 5% of Circum is worth to PREM around £8m or so.

China announced in last hour removal of tariffs to 850 US products from Jan 1st.

It is doubtful MNH representatives would be at RHA and in Zimbabwe just to advise on plant optimisation.

They will be doing due diligence on what PREM holds in Zimbabwe (not just RHA)

Neil Herbert who has worked with Stephen Dattels (Circum) previously is now on the board here.

Stephen Dattels also chairman of Regency Mercantile who hold the $300000 loan notes.

Stephen Dattels LDC Lithium bought out earlier this year.

It is not out of the bounds of possibility they reverse both MNH and Circum into PREM in 2020 as both parties will want their hands on the Lithium and other minerals in what would be an open pit venture.

Ethiopia even upgraded their ports. They have plans to export all the potash from that area. via newly built Government roads.

ERM its a friendly loan from Stephen Dattels who is chairman of Regency.
The loan will be extended again......unless its used against a possible JV partnership for Zulu.

reading between the lines the cash raise was the buy the parts from South Africa to complete the electrification at RHA.

to be honest I am more interested in what Steven Dattels has planned here than what anyone ramper or deramper has to say.

It just seems too much coincidence the guy is sitting in loan notes and Neil who he has worked with previously is on the BOD now here.

Potentially we could have both Circum and MNH reverse into Prem. Not saying it is a given at all but it is a possibility.

It is why I asked her why are they not issuing dividends from their share premium account like Glencore do to overcome Swiss Withholding taxes.

if they sort out the swiss withholding tax issue add 40-50% on.

steel is flying out the door in China with shiny new furnaces in China getting over trump tariffs because 2019 steel furnaces are much more efficient and cleaner and cheaper to produce steel than 1960s ones with China loaning money to steel producers on their anti-pollution drive.

China also has 15% less inventory of steel than this time last year.

it should strengthen steel, iron ore, manganese, metals prices going into 2020.

moljen in 2016 prices for most metals crashed including magnanese

tungsten and manganese price recovery looks likely for 2020 too.

More the latter but we could see Tungsten recover to as high as $350mtu

Brett Stanton on site at RHA is good news.

we're about £1 under priced in relation to iron ore price.
with trump/china out of the way for now we should start clawing back to that level.
