What do Newmont do with the Newcrest stake...?

Do they hold for gain...?

Mount a bid themselves...?

Or sell to a prospective bidder....but surely not for a price below 40p and, as happened when McManus and Magnier sold their stake to the Glazers, it could all happen pretty quickly after that...

IMO there are two reasons why the SP is on the floor...

Mainly the utterly incompetent lack of news...if Scott's Investor Meet was meant to fire the price it was a totally misguided failure, together with the nonentity of a revised(?...you're having a laugh...) Presentation...

But the other main factor ATMO is the gold price...its on the floor...

Cleverer people than me will confirm that there is a strong correlation between gold and SolGOLD...

And its hammering my other gold and silver investments...

Why go to all the trouble of setting up the investor meet...solicit questions...trail a Presentation update...and then add NOTHING new...

I suspect because theres something coming round the corner...

And we're also forgetting that CGP had their own prospects which they couldnt progress due to being cash strapped...

So although I believe Cascabel/Solgold will be sold, there are regional projects out there that could give the SP a lift before then...

Oh and remember, the VP of Mining very publicly trailed that Mitsui want a stake in Cascabel...
